Paul the owner was great initially. He told us that he was confident on working with the insurance company and that it normally takes 3-6 months to get it sorted. He had done some jobs in my neighborhood and knocked on my door to try and give me the same service, and mentioned that he had a great track record of dealing with the insurance companies. He has now not responded to my text or calls on the update status of our roof infant he blocked my number. I would not recommend this service at all
