Arrangements with Julio were clear, the crew worked diligently, and everyone was technically very solid – they clearly knew what they were doing. Julio is very detail oriented and focuses not only on getting the job done but getting the job done correctly! The latter is key for me. Any questions or small issues were addressed right on the spot. We greatly appreciated Julio’s recommendations and guidance when it came to options. I found All Over Exterior Roofing through Thumbtack. The daunting task of finding a trustworthy and well qualified roofer was overwhelming. I met with 6 different roofers. Some priced higher, some priced lower than All Over Exterior Roofing. What I liked about Julio was his transparency. He pointed how other companies cut corners and use inferior roof accessory materials (aside from shingles) to save on price. His quote was very detailed and noted every component of the roof replacement. Julio was also very knowledgeable on his industry. I went to his Facebook page and saw many trade organizations he was part of and photos of him at roof trade seminars. This led me to believe I was dealing with a person who takes pride in their industry and is constantly evolving to the changes within it. I made the right decision with All Over Exterior. Julio was onsite for majority of the important parts of the roof replacement and his team is also very professional. I would only recommend him for any roofing needs.

Starts with Julio who came out and explained everything in great detail with many recent drone shots before, during and after projects, we picked a color based on that and discussed the different type of shingles, the installation process, and he answered all my questions with confidence.The lead was first to arrive only a couple of days later to ensure a smooth day of work, the crew shows up and made sure all our personal items were covered and protected, they did a great job making short work of the full replacement, while being very professional to my wife and they cleaned up everything very well when completed, no nails or debris anywhere. I had to travel on this day for work and felt very comfortable with Julio and team to complete the job, Julio sent pics of the day on the wood replacements and the final product. It was nice to come home late already knowing what my roof looks like with detail photos of the completion. ***** Highly recommended *****. Julio & his team provided quality home roofing & garage repairs + roof, at a fair price, and got both jobs done in one long day (8+ crew size)! Julio quickly responded to request for quotation , met with me, flew his drone for photos, and had me a preliminary quote within 2 hours. He ended up being the most reasonably priced, and agreed to do repair work for the garage siding & rafters (along with garage roof), and installed a new pre-hung door. Julio and his team were prompt, professional, and his adder pricing (discovery work) was reasonable. Matched paint & painted siding. He patiently talked us through our options, and helped us navigate the convoluted insurance claims process.He was willing to schedule us a couple of months after our initial meeting, to work best with our schedule, whereas others pushed for a sooner time.I especially appreciated his attention to detail. He made sure his crew was taken care of, and took enough breaks amidst the blazing heat. They did a great job repairing and redoing a 4th floor patio that had been giving us trouble for years and had eluded the efforts of other companies and contractors. Their work looks great and has already stood up to multiple instances of wind-driven heavy rain that would have resulted in leaks before. I hired Julio to replace all my siding with new sheathing and siding (2 different style siding, Fiber Cement Lap and Cedar Shiplap) as well as provide a new roof which included replacing all decking with a radiant barrier. I’ve been in my home for over eleven years and have no idea when roof was replaced/repaired previously. My roof had definite wear and tear, wind and hail and varmint damage. All Over Exterior did a phenomenal job replacing my roof. Anuar was wonderful and patient helping me navigate the insurance claim process. COVID and it’s aftermath definitely added challenges, but it was great having someone in my corner patiently helping me through the process and taking the time to explain things along the way. Anuar always promptly returned my texts and phone calls and even took the initiative to reach out to me during the insurance claim/funding process to check in with me.Once the installation date was set Julio and his impressive team of installers were on time (early even) and stayed late to finish the job and clean up. Roof looks amazing, and interior drywall and paint repairs done to correct roof leak damage made my ceiling look like new again.My experience with All Over Exterior was fantastic! The things that made the biggest impact for me were: responsiveness, professionalism, and great work ethic. It did not hurt that both Anuar and Julio have great personalities. I had a hole in my soffit and contacted a number of companies who said they couldn't fix it. Then I found All Over Exterior. Julio responded quickly and said he'd be happy to fix it + gave a very reasonable quote.Besides showing up quickly and doing a great job with the repair, there was one other aspect of their work that really impressed me. When the crew came, Julio asked me where the touch-up paint was. I realized I should've mentioned before that I didn't have any paint for the outside of the house. But he was extremely nice about it, went to Home Depot to do a paint match, and then gave me the extra paint at no charge.So I had an excellent experience with this company.

Julio and his crews just finished replacing the roof and siding on our patio home in Houston. Julio immediately responded to our call for help, explained the reasons for the problems we had with the existing roof and siding, and talked to us about how those problems could be solved. He provided proposals with options later that day. The roof was replaced in one day. The crew was careful not to damage any landscaping and before leaving made sure all debris was cleaned up, including nails. Replacement of the siding was conducted professionally as well. That project took several days and the crew cleaned up before leaving each day. Then the entire house was painted. It looks great! During the entire process text messages and telephone calls received immediate responses. Also, we were always told when work could not be done that day due to the weather. All work was completed well within the time schedule initially discussed. We are so happy with the job done by All Over Exterior Roofing!
