I had a leak in my very tall 3 story patio home with a ceramic tile roof. I called numerous roofing companies to assess the repairs needed and give me a quote. Mitch from ARS was the only one that had a ladder tall enough and is willing to get on the roof to inspect the damages. He was very knowledgeable on the type of roof I have and explained to me the work that is needed. I have been taken by contractors in the past so I was concerned about paying him the half required to start the job. My worries were relieved when Mitch stayed in touch about his schedules and when he planned on starting my job. In short, Mitch did what he promised and performed the work himself. I know it was a VERY dangerous job because of the type of material, height, and pitch of the roof. So I was happy to pay him after the work is done(and safe!!). After the repairs, we noticed a small leak, Mitch came back out and fixed it. It's been 2 months and a few thunderstorms, we have not seen any more leaks. I am very happy with Mitch's work and expertise.On the topic of communications, yes, there were times that he didn't get back to me right away. But I understand that he can't always respond immediately especially if he is on a job. He did always get back to me later in the day or the next day. Over all, I'm very happy with his work and would recommend.

Received great service and value from ARS. Had a roof leak before TS Barry, and nervously awaited appointment. Mitch arranged to arrive two hours earlier than scheduled to accommodate impending rain. Good thing he did, as it began to rain shortly after he arrived. Roof was repaired and leak was gone.Mitch is the owner / operator for ARS, so you know you're getting quality and experienced service.Just like the Postman, Mitch delivered rain (sleet or snow).

We contacted ARS American Roofing Solutions online to request an inspection for a small leak in our townhome. Mitch called us back on the same day and we were able to secure an inspection for the very next day. After inspecting both inside (through the attic) and the outside (roof) he quoted the job which he timely began and completed on the dates scheduled. There were many factors that we particularly liked about ARS: 1) Mitch himself handles the calls and scheduling 2) he himself does the work – we liked this particularly as opposed to contractors who send inexperienced workers to the job site, he has 25 years of experience and knows well what he’s doing 3) he did a thorough inspection in and out, and while doing the repairs he took pictures to show us and keep us informed of his findings and consulted with us on the various solutions available for them so we could make an informed decision. He explained everything thoroughly which we appreciated. 4) he takes safety seriously and took proper safety precautions to do the job on our 3-story townhome. Mitch was prompt on the inspection and job days, was polite, respectful, thorough both in his work, and in his explanations to us so we could fully understand the issues and the work needed to be done. It is hard these days to find a combination of both quality work and great customer service. We truly appreciated his services and we would highly recommend Mitch and ARS to others.

We initially hired Mitch 12/2010 to clean all gutters and make necessary roof repairs. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He performed the same services last year and, again, everything was good. So, I contacted Mitch to return this year. We scheduled a morning appointment and he never showed or called. After waiting until 3:00 for him to show, I tried to contact him and ended up leaving a message. I tried to call back twice and have yet to receive a return phone call. Just a simple call would have been sufficient!

Mitch (the owner) came out and fixed my roofing of a three-story building for a reasonable price. Since our building is elevated from ground street, it is in fact more like a 3.5-story home; yet, Mitch went up there without problem. The leakage problem was largely fixed, but a small leakage (much much less than before) was detected after a short but extremely heavy rain. I told Mitch about this today and he honored his warranty and will come out and try to detect and fix it. I may come back again to update about this. At least now, I am happy with what Mitch has been doing. Finally, for fairness I have to say that even with this small leakage, Mitch had already done a much better job than my previous roofer, who charged less money but did not produce the result. For this reason, I am giving Mitch a straight Five.

Had a tree fall through my roof on yesterday from a storm that just blew through suddenly. My landlord called several roofing companies and no one answered! Called ARS and Mitch not only answered but was here in hour or so! Got right to work and stopped the leaks in the roof! He worked through the night and the rain non-stop until the job was done. Even stayed and cleaned up the branches that had fallen in the driveway! Super guy! Very professional! Awesome work! Simply the best and better than all the rest! Thank you Mitch and ARS! 👍👍👍

Mitch fix the roof leaks after hurricane Harvey. He found out that the leak wouldn't have happen if the AC guy who worked in our attic to relocatethe pipe underneath the vent did his job right. Mitch went up the roof andre-seal not just the vent that was leaking but the whole vents on the roof! What an awesome guy!He truly cares about his wok and his customers! I called Mitch when I noticed a small leak in my roof.   This occurred after 6 p.m. when it was already dark and on New Year's Day, an official holiday.  I was very concerned because 2 days of hard rain was expected starting very early the next morning.  I called half the roofers in town and no one would help.  Finally, not only did Mitch answer his phone, but he made a long trip to my house (which took an hour on the freeway) in the middle of the night on New Year's Day!!!   When I explained the problem to him over the phone, he immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it.   The job was completed just before midnight and I have not had any problems since then.   This man saved me from having a huge, expensive clean up from a leaking roof.  I can't thank this man enough.   He has the experience and work ethic to solve any roofing problem.  Most importantly,  If you ever need help, this man will not hesitate to help you.  Five stars is not enough!!!

Very competent, seem to know what he was doing, and was willing to work on our very tall 3-floor townhouse. He is very busy, and weather was not cooperating, so it did take a little while to have Mitch come to do the repairs. It has not rained, so we have not tested the roof yet, but he did say we have a two-year warranty on his work.

I live in one of the "metal houses" that are so prevalent in Houston - and a group of neighbors and I had Mitch do several houses in a batch - He did a great job (especially given the heat in August). When 6 months later I had a leak, he came back and found the problem and fixed it! It is hard to find folks that stand behind their warranty, but I can testify that ARS does indeed.

Christmas Eve, windstorm blew a large limb on our new home. After calling numerous roofing companies in the Houston area, we got a hold of American Roofing Solutions. We contacted Mitch to come out and look at our roof. He told us he would come early in the afternoon on the 24th, Christmas Eve. This was the date and time that he suggested, not one that we requested specifically. We confirmed with him the day before to make sure the appointment was on. On the day of the appointment he did not show up, or contact us with any kind of explanation. We tried calling several times and left voicemails and he never called back. We called a few days later and no luck. Even after that he never tried to contact us again. We were actually late to a family Christmas Eve family event because we tried to wait a little longer and give him the benefit of the doubt. If he had an issue with coming out on Christmas Eve, he could have easily scheduled us for another day. Needless to say we have found someone else to work on our roof.My google account is under my maiden name. My husband, Brent Eiden, was the one who spoke and made the appointment with Mitch.

Mitch Hentrich came July 6, 2018 to fix my roof which he didn't. I called him to ask him to come back to my house to fix the problem and he told me that it was not important to him that he was busy and he said when he find out he would let me know and he hung up on me. He was angry because I didn't gave him a review that day. I paid him $427.00 for something he didn't fix and he wouldn't back out to fix the problem. I would not recommend him to anyone he is a scam. I regret doing business with him.
