A Affordable removed the existing shingles, replaced damaged decking, replaced fascia and installed a CertainTeed Landmark shingle roof system at a very affordable and competitive price. The installers performed in a workman like manner and completed the entire job in a single day. The roofing system looks great and my property was left clean and clear of all debris and nails. Great job for a fair price. I highly recommend A Affordable Roofing Services.

A Affordable replaced my roof in 2019 and they were professional and easy to work with. This week, I had a few shingles that needed repair and they came out the same day fixed the shingles and took the time to look over the roof to assure everything else was working correctly. The A Affordable Roofing Services company was chosen after I found them among others on the web.when reviewing for a much needed new roof replace/installment. Spoke & worked with a gentleman by the name of Chase, very professional and adept at his field of expertise. Convinced me to go with the roof ridge when I assumed the concept was not a desire until placed on the home and totally changed my perspective on the devices. Turns out they made our home so much cooler in our Houston heat. Even arrived upon request to a meeting to support me with my claims adjuster, explaining to me some of the issues & nuances when understanding insurance claims. All work was done in an clean, orderly, & professional manner. The work crew arrived on time when scheduled and completed the job in one day.I recommend everyone give this group a chance to provide you a lasting experience that you will see and enjoy for years to come.

Customer Service representative was fantastic, very knowledgeable, brought samples for me to review, answered my questions with out hesitation, provide financing options that were reasonable. He gave me the best deal, new roof, radiant barrier and additional insulation that I needed.The actual crew that installed the roof were great, happy guys that worked well together. They were efficient, tidy and proud of their work. They worked 12 hours straight because rain was on the way.They kept my yard and plants covered, never found a nail or old roof tile after they finished.Very reliable, competent company.Not enough words to describe the quality of their products and workmanship.

Given the reviews, we decided to use A Affordable Roofing Services for a roof repair due to a leak from a solar attic fan. Called the company and they were very friendly and was able to schedule someone (Chase) to have a look at the roof as well as doing a quote for another project we were interested in.Chase came out (5/18) and used a drone to get a sense of the work required to fix the leak and provided quote for the second project and said he could have a guy come out immediately (5/19) address the issue. Was really impressed with the process thus far and paid for the repair on 5/20 and to call back to schedule the other project.Few weeks go by and the first rain comes and still leaking. I call Chase (6/3) to let him know of the issue and he said he needed to speak to the guy that did the job. Comes back to say, there's no way the roof is leaking from the repair and had to be the fan itself. I suggested to Chase that he himself and his repair guy come out to check out the repair and use a hose to see if it's the roof repair or water is coming through the attic fan itself for which he agreed. He said he would check the calendar and come back to schedule. Exactly two weeks go by with a decent amount of rain and call the company that installed the attic fan to come out while also reaching out to Chase.Never heard back from Chase or A Affordable Roofing Services and had another company do the job properly. Apparently the repairman from A Affordable Roofing Services thought repairing the roof was smearing tar all over the new installed roof shingles making a mess and reducing the effectiveness of the shingles themselves. At least Chase was smart enough not to call back to schedule the other project given the failure on the roof repair.I would definitely NOT recommend them for roof repair but you may have better luck with a new roof installation. As soon as they received the money, never really heard back on the repair job or lack thereof.

When you find any contractor that is one time, does what they say they are going to do and treats you like you are their only customer! That was my experience with A Affordable - they are definitely a reliable roofing replacement company that I would highly recommend. Well done have recommended to friends and family.

So we moved out to the country and within a year we had to replace the roof due to tornado damage. We had several companies come out to offer quotes and decided to use A Affordable. They were very prompt in setting up an appointment. The crew came out first thing and did a wonderful job. They replaced the roof, covered our new patio and installed 2 solar fans. It looks wonderful. Hopefully, we won't have to deal with tornado damage again, but if we do, we would definitely use A Affordable! I highly recommend them!

We were dealing with another company that overpromised and under under delivered, after waiting 45 days with no results we contacted A Affordable. Chase came out surveyed the job and had us a quote by the end of the day. They dealt with our insurance and our HOA. We had our roof replaced yesterday( within 2 weeks) and couldn't be happier. I have a four year old home and the builder did a horrible job on one of the roof vents. Basically dripped the decking when they installed it and the wood "tore" jaggedly resulting in a gap. When rain came down straight, no problem. When it was blown sideways under the vent cap it went right down the crack and into my attic.I called two other places and because it was a 3 story home I got quoted $2k and $2500 to do the repair and a week for inspection and another week for the repair.I called A Affordable at a neighbors suggestion and they came out the very next day for an inspection, quoted me less than 1/2 of the other estimates, and did the work that SAME DAY!!! Great repair, looks rock solid, great easy to work with team in the back office and on site. No mess in the yard or attic left over and I couldn't be happier!!!It's hard to find dependable companies for house repair and roofing so I'm going to be shouting this place from the rooftops to all my neighbors and friends for a long time. I called A affordable roofing to come out and do an inspection on my roof before purchasing my home. I called them last minute and Chase was able to still make it out and get the inspection done for me. He was very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable with knowing the roof was in good shape before purchasing the home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They did an amazing job. Workers arrived on time and finished the roof in one day it was about 6 people working efficiently. Even my neighbors were surprised with how quick it was done. They covered the grass and plants to avoid damage and easier clean up. Once they finished everything was cleaned as if they were never there. Would recommend them.

Such great customer service. During spring break, a gentleman name Mark knocked on my door and offered a free inspection. We have been in our home for over 15 years and via the inspection process found out quite a few shingles were missing amongst other action items. Now currently waiting on hearing back from the insurance company but this morning Mark had reached out asking if I needed anything and Haven't even spent a dime yet!

We had quite a bit of damage after Hurricane Harvey but our third-party insurance claim adjuster said that the damage was not severe enough to warrant an entire new roof. I told the A Affordable Roofing representative this when I scheduled them to come out and give me an estimate for repairs. While on the phone to make this appointment, he insisted that my roof would likely need to be completely replaced and that they would help me argue it with insurance. I informed him that our roof is not that old and we are not currently in a position to replace it when it can just be repaired. I made the appointment a week ago for this company to come give me an estimate and they were supposed to be here five days ago. I'm still waiting. I know things are busy post-Harvey, but expected to at least hear from them. Fortunately, we have found another great local company who gave me a reasonable estimate and told me I would be crazy to replace a roof that is fixable and still has several good years left in it.

Their final clean up was what I appreciated most. My flower beads and side walks were clean, no nails or shingle scraps scattered around. Years ago another company left tiny debris all over the place. A Affordable provided attention to detail!! I respect that!
