Balleza Roofing did a great job replacing the roof on our home over a 4 1/2 day period. They cleaned the worksite at the end of each day which was very nice. Their employees were very courteous. They took care not to damage our plants and property. The owners kept us up to speed during the process and the price was a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone needing an honest company to do their roofing or construction work.

This company is great. Jesus Jr. is excellent. He did my roof in 2016. I had a problem with my insurance company this year because it is up for renewal. I contacted him as I was told to contact the installing company. I told him what the issue was. He suggested pictures, which I did not have but HE DID; in addition to writing how the flat part of was roof was installed. That was going above and beyond especially since it was a couple of years ago that they put the roof on. I appreciate that very much. That is what I call Excellent Customer Service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to everyone I know who wants the job done correctly and efficiently and price conscious! Belleza Roofing is great!!!!!!Service: Roof installation

When I was looking for a roofing company I went to the BBB website and Balleza was first on the list with a A+ rating. We called and scheduled them to come out to give us a quote. We'd gotten another quote from another roofing company the week before but he seemed suspciously high. When Jesus Jr. came out, he was honest and told us exactly what we needed and what we didn't. Balleza's quote was much lower than the first one so we signed the contract. They took care of the HOA for us. I forwarded the form to them and they had us sign it and they sent it on our befalf, cc'ing us. It was so easy. The only thing we really had to wait on was the HOA approving it but even that took less than a week. Jesus scheduled a crew to come out and start the very next week. It only took them two and a half days. They always cleaned up at the end of the day so we didn't have to worry about getting nails in our tires. They moved or covered things like our camera to protect them. When we came home at the end of the day when they were done we were so happy. Everything looked great. Not only did we get a new roof, but they replaced the original rotted fascia and soffit. We are very happy with everyone at Balleza and would easily recommend the to anyone.Services: Attic venting, Roof installation
