Blue Diamond Construction Company on Bamwood in HoustonOwner Craig BlanchardBe very aware of who you are dealing with here. His politeness is a ploy. Contracted Craig to clean my travertine floor. After they finished the floor was streaked and had spots that were not there to start with. They had no idea of what had happen, they brought in someone else to work on the floor and no improvement. He had my house torn up for over 4 months. As it turned out he used a product called CLR. The authorities on the web say that CLR will ruin your floor. Contacted several floor companies locally and all said the same thing. When I broached the subject with Craig he dug his heels in and said he used it all the time with no problem. That does not make it right. He would not did not take responsibility. It cost 1600 dollars to fix what he created as a problem. The floor is now beautiful no thanks to him. Be aware of this company and how they treat people. He will be a polite as he can be on the phone and will apologize at every delay, but those are just words.And now the BBB reports their rating is a F

I Love Blue Diamond construction.They have been very helpful on several projects on my home. I highly recommend them!!!Roof is beautiful and the air conditioner and heater work fabulously.Great prices and great people.

I have been working with Craig on various projects for a couple of years now. His contractors are first class and the quality of work is second to none. Definitely recommend.
