Scott and Shane did an amazing job helping us get our roof replaced. They provided clear upfront pricing, and went out of their way to assist us with dealing with the insurance company. Although insurance denied our claim I was happy they spent the extra time to come out and talk to adjuster. They were also quick to respond to any questions we had and took the time to explain every step of the process, not to mention dealing with our HOA which was one less thing we had to worry about. Boss Hogg's service was great. Shane Moody walked me through the process and answered all my questions and was so pleasant to deal with. It was easy for me because Shane ensured that everything the insurance company needed was provided, got the approval of the HOA to proceed with the work. It is so nice to drive up to my home and see that the facia and the roof are looking so great. They showed up on time, everyone was friendly, and the job was finished as promised. Working with Boss Hogg roofing was a true pleasure. From the start they were honest and transparent about what I was to expect throughout the process. Jason Griffin, the sales representative and Michael Carlisle, the territory manager really delivered on the promises that they made and walked me through the entire process. This was my first roof experience, so I took my time after a 1.75" (average size) hail storm and did a MASSIVE amount of research to learn all the pitfalls to watch out for.I asked all the right questions, and observed the roof replacement from start to finish. No corners were cut, nothing was "good enough", this Boss Hogg team, led by Scott & Alex, was on their A game from the very first time we met, until the yard was cleaned, and they were gone on to the next job. From what I learned, all roofers are not like this. There are So Many ways they could of cut corners and still provide a roof that looks fine from the street. Cutting corners will put extra money in a roofers pocket. A little here, a little there,,,,,we all know how that can add up over a fiscal year.Not with My roofers.Top-Knotch Quality.I may be a noobie to roofing, but I know quality, and I know B. S.This company will have you feeling Proud to look at your roof, and they'll give you a sound peace of mind knowing that your roof is Safe for many years to come. We live in Bell County in Central Texas, about 4 hours from Houston. On Veteran's Day 2022 we had the worst hail storm we'd ever been through. The hail was 2+ inches, and in less than 15 minutes did an incredible amount of damage to not only our roofs (house and sheds), but to trees, fencing, deck, and most of our property.The next day Tim and Scott showed up while I was raking storm damaged twigs and branches. I really wasn't in the mood to deal with anyone at that time. They understood but were so kind and courteous that I relented and let them check the roof. The damage was severe, but they gave me time to have Christmas with my decorations and lights. As long as we didn't have anymore hail, we'd be okay.The work they did completely transformed my home! The roof is even more beautiful than I expected. If anything was not up to their or my standards, they fixed it at their own expense. Even their subcontractors, who did the metal roofs on two sheds, or installed our gutters, were friendly, prompt, and amiable. All our questions were answered.I would recommend Boss Hogg Roofing with no hesitation. You can't go wrong with them. They are decent, honest, and thorough. When we had the tornado come through Deer Park our house was not directly hit, but we had hale damage to our roof and other parts of the house and fence. Of course we had multiple roofing companies knocking on our door within days. I was at work during the day and my wife had to deal with each one. She would have a first impression and made a decision who she wanted to deal with. Jordan with Boss Hogg was one of those that she was willing to deal with. He explained the process to her and made her feel comfortable that they would be there with us through each step of the process. She called me at work and told me that she thought Jordan was honest and should be one of the companies we should deal with. I met with Boss Hogg and others and had the same feeling that they were the company to go with. They were honest and upfront about how the process would play out. Jordan was here to meet with the insurance inspector and provided them with all the pictures they would need. Once we had gotten the approval from the insurance company Boss Hogg took care of all the paperwork and made the process go smoothly. Jordan kept us informed of what was happening and what we should expect. This made my wife and myself feel confident that we were being treated fairly by Boss Hogg and State Farm insurance. Once the approvals were completed, a date was set, and the work was completed on time and to our satisfaction. The crew was here early and did what was necessary to protect all of my wife's flowers and the air conditioning unit from being damaged. The work was completed by about noon and all of the cleanup was done by about two o'clock. It was amazing how fast it was done. None of the flower beds were damaged and I have not picked up a single nail or shingle after they had left. We could not have been more satisfied with the work! I would recommend, and would not hesitate, to use Boss Hogg in the future for any of my roofing needs.

We got a new roof this summer. We are very pleased with the workmanship and thoroughness of the crew. Jordan came out the day of the installation and made sure we were happy with the work. He even sent us pictures of the roof so we can forward them to the insurance company. Also, we did not have to worry about permits from Meadows, where we live. Jordan took good care of us. I highly recommend using Boss Hogg.

Boss Hogg Roofing did a great job repairing my roof after a large tree branch damaged it in a storm. Scott was very responsive, gave me solid advice and made sure my roof got repaired quickly and thoroughly. I definitely will be calling them in future!

Jason and Shane (with BHR) were driving down my street and saw me pick up a shingle in my yard while mowing. They stopped, introduced themselves and showed me additional missing shingles and hail damage. They handed me a Business Card and I finished mowing. A couple of days later we met again and Jason helped me contact my insurance company and file the proper paperwork. BHR explained the insurance company paperwork, were very patient and knowledgeable. We picked shingles that matched my house, helped me get approval from my HOA, explained the process and made me feel comfortable.Roofing material was delivered on a Monday morning, crew showed up Tuesday morning and immediately started working. Crew placed protection over my flower beds and AC. Cleaned up the area, triple checked the drive for nails, verified the connections in the attic and did a very thorough walk around. Roof looks awesome, picture attached. Thanks to Jason (especially), Shane and Carlyle for being patient and walking me through the process. No pressure, just very thorough explanations and help throughout the process! Scott and his team were absolutely phenomenal through this entire process. Really appreciate Scott's communication through every step of this, from navigating us through our insurance hoops to the prep work and clean up after. We have pets and they made sure during clean up that everything was picked up so no harm would come to them. We never found a nail or a shingle left behind.

We had a hail storm a few months ago and we were concerned about the condition of our roof. Jordan from the roofing team came to inspect it and showed us pictures of the damage. He explained how to get our insurance involved and made it a quick and easy process. We were also worried about the hurricane season approaching and we wanted to fix our roof before it got worse. Jordan gave us all the information we needed about different roofing materials and helped us choose the best option. They did a great job installing the new roof. They had a large crew that finished the work fast and cleaned up everything. Our neighbors were impressed by how efficient they were. Some other companies took a whole day or even two days to do other roofs in our area. Jordan also helped us with the insurance check process, which was another hassle. They even cleared some branches from our backyard that we had left after trimming a tree, free of charge. I highly recommend them for their dedication and professionalism.

I would like to say this Boss Roof Company is an excellent company. They are doing as good as or better than other company did. I would do business again if something happen to my roof. Start from the owner and all of his crews were doing very well and professional. When they finished the installation they cleaned the entire area. They started working at 6:30 AM and finished at 1:30 PM. Again they did fantastic job. Scott and Alex are very easy to work with. Now I am very happy and satisfied to see my new roof.
