Pleased so far. Braun's came out, discussed issues with the dormer windows, and provided estimates with alternatives. The price was similar to other roofer estimates. On the agreed date, a crew showed up at 6:30 and got to work. The crew was very hard working, and seemed very competent. After stripping off the old shingles, one guy cut out bad plywood underlay while others were starting on new shingles. A couple other guys fixed the dormer windows area. The work was finished about 7:30 pm. A guy swept the area several times with a magntic; a week later I have found only one nail! It looks really nice - obviously after only a week I cant say how well it will hold up but I am optimistic. A minor complaint is that the crew spoke only Spanish, so until the supervisor showed up (or my kids got home) there was very little communication going on. But the crew seemed to really know their business which was comforting, and pointing and motioning got the points across. Oh, the noise level inside was not as bad as I feared it would be - my dogs and I were fine.

Braun's Roofing provided a superb service in helping me deal with my home roof insurance claim. Craig Wright did an amazing job in educating and guiding me throughout the whole process of getting my claim. I had a tough time with the home insurance company, so Craig referenced me to Patriot Claims Services to help me with getting my home insurance claim. Once the insurance claim paid out, Craig's team came to install my roof and it was done quickly in one day! The team did a great job of cleaning up all the old material and hauled it away. No damage to my property as they took care in making sure not to damage anything while they installed the roof.Shoutout to Craig Wright for always being available via text/email/phone. Braun’s Roofing got the call on a Tuesday after heavy wind and rain tore shingles off of our roof, causing water to enter the house. They were on our roof the next day assessing the damage and gave us an honest, straightforward estimate. We hired Braun’s to replace our entire roof and they did a fantastic job. I hired Braun’s Roofing to install a roof on my house recently. William Hart was my contact and he was great! He gave me a detailed estimate on all parts to be installed and said the new roof would be completely done by the end of the day. Those guy showed up early and got after it. Very impressive! This was the first time in my home owning experience to "contract" out such a large job. Craig Wright at Braun's Roofing answered all my questions and concerns truthfully and basically "painted a picture" of what I could expect. The crew arrived on time, and prepped my yard and and began work immediately. I was very impressed. The Texas summer threw a curve ball during the removal phase by unleashing a huge rainstorm after the majority of the old shingles were removed. No problem. The crew along with Craig safely and quickly covered the areas that needed covering,The roof and cleanup came out great. Two stars because they were able to “fix” my metal roof quickly, but I knew that I had chosen wrong almost immediately. David and his guy offered to repair the interior damage that the roof leak did, so it was a no-brainer to go with them as I could get two problems fixed in one company. After all, I had already been calling around for a week to find anyone who could reach my third story roof.David and his guy “fixed” the roof, but provided no photos to me of the before and after although David managed to get some selfies of himself with the Houston skyline behind him. For the interior fix, the wall and ceiling is textured. He was going to paint right over it without matching the texture until I said something and it still looked horrible, but it was “included” in the repair so I didn’t make a big fuss. I also didn’t realize that paint needs to be matched or the whole wall repainted, so it looks a mess. All of this was in august.Fast forward to this week where we’re getting a lot of rain and the leak is back and it’s made it’s way down the entire wall. David and the lady who answers the phone for Braun’s have yet to reply or call me back with a way forward for the “repairs” that are under warranty. Pay the extra and go elsewhere and don’t be fooled by their “work.” This company has been horrible at communicating for the “warranted” work and I hope to save someone else a headache.

I am beyond APPALLED our neighbor is getting their roof repaired and the employees of this company thought it appropriate to throw shingles and nails in OUR yard and driveway! Guess we'll be investing in new tires and tetanus shots!!UPDATED - Supervisor came by and was very apologetic. He informed us to call if we have any issues (nails in tires) from the debris. All mess was cleaned. To be honest the neighbors new roof looks great and was completed in a day!

Bruce Dudley managed our roof repairs. He was courteous and professional. He has a lot of knowledge about roofs and home maintenance. The roofers did excellent work and even painted flashing and vents to match our existing materials. We have had 2-3 downpours since the roof repairs and have seen no evidence of water entry. After 2 recent storms, I contacted Brauns for an inspection. Mr. Hart arrived the next day and after a complete inspection, recommended a replacement. He showed me pictures and explained what they meant. Mr. Hart provided a complete quote, explained it,and the price was reasonable. Mr Hart had a crew at the time promised,, made sure they had materials and were prepared for the job. The crew finished in one long day, day, and Mr Hart and crew came back the next day to make sure that the property was cleaned up. I am very pleased with the service provided by Brauns and Mr. Hart

I had wind damage to my roof that caused a leak. I had used Braun’s Roofing in the past with good experience so I called them again. Craig Wright came out the following day and did a thorough inspection of the roof. I have a porch add-on with a different pitch that is exposed to southern winds and storms. Craig is very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations and options for materials for use on the different pitches. The work crew was prompt and completed the replacement in less time than expected. Braun’s even repaired and repainted to interior damage caused by the leak. Everything looks great…like the leak never happened. We have used Brauns for roof repairs for several years now. They have suggested repairs when whole roof replacements were not necessary. The last big storm left fallen trees with big holes in the house and garage. The roof repairs cost much less than the fallen tree removals. They have earned my trust and continued business. You should use them for your roof repairs.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! WALK AWAY NOW !!We dealt with Westin and everything was good until I noticed some issues with roof si I contacted Westin and I explained to him and I also sent him photos via text and he said he would return my call I then waited so I called him a few times no answer so a month later after not hearing back I called the office and spoke with Monica and told her what was going on and that I no long wanted to deal with Weston if they could please send someone else ... I hung up with her then not even 5 minutes later did Westin call and sent a text to me and I did not answer .. why should I have to call the office for him to return my call and tell me in a vm that he can come address the issue ???? Then I recieved a letter in the mail stating if Westin was the person I dealt with then he has to to be the one I speak with so I then called the office back and spoke to another lady which was rude I did tell her what was going on and she said if I didnt want to deal with Westin then I needed to write skeeter ab email explaining so I did .... and guess what I did it for nothing cause I called back to the office to ask if I could speak with skeeter himself and the rude lady answered and told me that sorry but your gonna have to deal with Westin (WASTE OF TIME ) I just wanted the issues addressed that's all it wasnt suppose to turn into a huge thing
