Getting someone to work on your roof can be challenging - tell them it is a 3-story and most just vanish! Not Cloud 9!! They were out there within 48 hours as promised to get me a quote and were able to do the work same week! Said they would be there on a Saturday at 8am, they were there ready to work at 8am! Already unloaded and waiting!! Haha! Rare to find! Highly recommend them!

Ross and his guys were fantastic to work with! I had hail damage and he did all the work setting it up with the insurance. All I had to do was sign a couple forms and we were on our way! His team showed up at 6:30am on the day of the install and left at 9:30pm that same day with a completely finished roof! There were two minor spots that I wanted fixed after the install and Ross personally came out to fix them for me, so I would say his follow through is very solid. I have already recommended him to multiple friends based off of the quality work, responsiveness, and follow through from Ross.Service: Roof installation

Cloud 9 is the best choice I could have made for replacing my roof.Ross was very helpful throughout the entire process, being completely clear and thorough, from the initial inspection to completion. He made sure to explain every aspect of what was happening and what to expect, and he worked with the insurance company and took care of all the paperwork. We were looking for general contractors and heard about Ross through our neighborhood Facebook group. Several families in our area had used him and raved about the work he and his crew did for them. Ross was super helpful and so patient with us (as it was our first time we were doing any sort of work on our property).
