From the night our roof was damaged from storms, the Corey team jumped into action. The storm had removed shingles from three relatively large areas on our roof. We contacted Corey roofing at 9:00 pm. Eric, George, and another young man came out to our home at 11:30 pm the same night. The guys got up on the roof and installed a protective barrier over the areas that were now without shingles to prevent any potential water leaks. Once they were done they even recommended a public adjuster to help with our insurance claim should we have any problems getting our claim approved. After our claim was approved Eric and George worked with us to recommend the perfect shingle that complemented our home aesthetically and would meet our performance expectations. We can’t thank Eric and George enough for the great work they did from start to finish. Mario and his team of roofing installers, exceeding our expectations on keeping things clean and organized during the tear off and installation process. In the end it’s the people that make the difference, and Corey has the right people taking care of people in need.

Eric and Mario were amazing! Eric worked directly with our insurance company to make sure everyone approved and processed on time. Mario worked with the team to replace our roof and make sure it was all done correctly. Once approved by our insurance we had a new roof within the same week! I would 100% recommend this company!

Had a great experience with Corey Roofing this week. From first contact in meeting with Jorge to walk me through the process….to the end result. Jorge met me multiple times, brought different shingle samples and was on-site when my insurance company sent an inspector out. He was able to answer all of my questions. Prior to the roof install…the project manager Mario reached out to connect and was super helpful in walking me through the process. Mario was on-site all day and helped me with questions. We had a leak in our roof around the chimney. I called Corey Construction and Eric responded immediately to inspect my roof and give an estimate. I was very relieved when I was given a fair estimate. With in 24 hours my leak was fixed and they did quality work. I am very impressed with the way they provided excellent, affordable, on time service. I highly recommend Corey and I plan to call them again when I’m ready for a new roof.

I’d like to take just a few minutes to recognize the outstanding people at Corey Construction for their excellent and timely service they provided to my home after the Tornadoes that hit in Pasadena Tx on January 2023. Mario Duarte, the project manager, personally oversaw everything. Hudson and Mario were the two I worked closely with. Hudson covered my roof with a tarp after doing an inspection as he was concerned for my roof; this was before I committed to getting my roof done through the company. Hudson was great at communicating, being flexible, answering any and all of my questions and maintained professionalism. My overall experience with Corey Roofing has been exceptional. From the beginning to the end, everyone has been professional and detailed oriented on what will happen as they replace my roof. Eric was easy to work with from the beginning. He came out and inspected my roof and I was emailed the paperwork within days. He worked with my insurance company to help me get a new roof. The paperwork I received from my insurance company, was broken down and explained by Eric. The crew showed up bright and early and worked diligently to get the new roof on. James also walked me through process of what will happen and at the end of the day, went through the checklist with me. His crew was exceptional as well. I will definitely recommend Corey Roofing.

We had a warranty through R Vision with this company and one of our roof vents was installed incorrectly, leading to a leak in our attic. I had to get on my roof and make a temporary fix because we couldn't count on this company to honor their warranty or even come take a look and let us know if it was covered. Had I have trusted this company to respond, I would have a hole in my roof and extensive water damage in my attic. My wife was first told that someone would be out to look at it the next morning. Great, except that no one showed up. She called back again and was told that someone would call her within 48-72 hours. We weren't called back. She tried again and found out that their warranty section is a call center and that none of them even have numbers for anyone at Corey Construction. We were also told that if someone came out and it wasn't covered, it would be a $250 service fee. Absolutely poor responsiveness and endless runaround. Do not use this company if you are counting on their warranty. It's pretty clear that they make the process difficult to reduce the number of claims and warranty work they need to perform. I sincerely regret that this company installed our roof and warn anyone against using this company. They do not care about their customers at all.Service: Home building

2 years ago they "repaired" my roof and is leaking again. I called their office 4 consecutive days to schedule a visit and see if they can honor their work warranty. They took my information 4 times, even though they have it in their system already, and promised to call and they never did. It seems that when it comes to honor warranties the are "too busy" to come back to you. Terrible customer service, be careful if you want to use them...UPDATE: they responded publicly that they will be in touch... guess what... exactly! they never called!!!!

The Corey Construction team was FANTASTIC from start to finish!! Unfortunately it took me a YEAR to get my insurance to replace my roof from very clear hail damage. But… Kevan was there from the very start… stayed persistent all the way through the year long process. He was patient… and stayed in touch very tactfully. He came out many times when needed to do more mark ups… and whatever the law firm needed that ultimately made my insurance company do the right thing. Kevan was AWESOME!On the day of the roof job… the crew was there early… the project manager was very communicative and documented the entire process with video and photo's for me. Showing me all of the issues under my shingles on the decking of my roof that was caused my significant hail strikes. The crew tore down and rebuilt my roof from 7am-1pm!!! Not only did they do it fast… the work is fantastic. Upgraded vents and jacks in the roof… so no more leaks!Thank you Corey Construction!

During the chaos of the hail storms in March and April they were as organized as you could be, paid on time, and demanded high quality work. I have personally had a great experience with Corey Construction, I will work for them anytime they call, and I refer them to all my fence customers, family, and friends for their roofing needs. I have seen a lot of their work, and its great! Highly recommend!
