Cortex roofing associate Martha is very professional and punctual. The job was done on time and with great quality. I have hired Cortex roofing for 2 jobs and I was very impressed by the service of the workers. They have also assisted with interior and exterior paint jobs and did a fantastic job with the work and clean up. I would defiantly use them again and refer them to anyone.

After some hail and wind damage our roof needed some repairs, we called Cortez Roofing LLC for an inspection and it turns out we needed more than repairs.This company has been amazing to say the least. They attended each inspection with our insurance adjuster (we had two) because it turns out the insurance will also cover for interior damage. Our insurance approved a new roof & interior repairs! After our new roof was installed they completed the interior work shortly after. I 100% recommend this company to everyone. I can honestly say that Mirtha went over and beyond answering all the questions we had, she also submitted the HOA application, and followed up with us after the work from the exterior and interior was completed to make sure we were satisfied.

Successfully filed a claim and got my roof inspected. Once damage was confirmed, the claims process was smooth. Cortez Roofing was awarded the contract. If you are looking for a roofing company, I highly recommend Cortez Roofing LLC! From Martha’s excellent customer service to the installation team’s efficient, professional, and hard work; it was easy peezy. Martha called my Home Owners Ins and had her inspector meet with the HOI inspector, which was a huge weight lifted. (They already denied a claim once and then requested a list of repairs before the renewal, which “mistakenly” included the roof) I think the HOI was the longest process of the entire thing.They just installed today. ONE DAY! (I am not a morning person and had anxiety over how may mornings I’d be woken up before the sun.) So that was impressive!!I will admit that I may have spoiled them with snacks and refreshments all day. But they took care of my kids and I to ensure that we make it through another hurricane season with a safe roof over our heads.I have worked for Home Depot and Lowe’s over the last decade, and have met/worked with TONS of contractors. So when I take time out of my evening to write a phenomenal review, it’s big!!! There have been recent storms in the last month, so you never know what types of damage you may have directly above your head(s). CALL CORTEZ ROOFING just for them to come take a look.
