We recently had a new roof installed by Erie, and the experience was very positive overall. Although the sales pitch and decision-making process were quite lengthy, taking up about four hours on a Sunday afternoon, the actual installation was swift and efficient. Work began promptly on Tuesday and was completed by Wednesday. We opted for fiberglass shingles, which not only look fantastic but are also expected to last for the next 30 years. As of now, we are thoroughly satisfied with this home improvement and would recommend Erie for their professionalism and quality workmanship.

I had my roof replaced on March 4th 2024. In Spring Texas. I was a little skeptical at first because the price of the was a higher than I expected to pay, however I am happy I chose erieHome. For the job. Starting with the salesperson to the crew that performed the work, It was well organized, the job was professionally done, very clean, and thorough. I was extremely please with the work and the workers. I would recommend the company to anyone who wish to have their roof replaced, you can’t go wrong. I am very satisfied

My wife and I are thrilled with our new roofing system from Erie Home’s and it looks great. Brennan provided all the information we needed for making our decision to purchase. We purchased our roof on a Saturday and it was installed on Friday. The installation crew was fantastic and performed their jobs with great precision. The salesman came to our house and was very thorough in informing us of the different products they offered. They were very flexible and very quick to schedule for it to be completed. Roof installer showed up early in the morning ready to work and pretty much had it completed in one day. We had a detached garage and house that needed to be re-shingled. They were very, careful to pick up all of the debris from the job including the nails. It looked as though nothing happened once it was all done. We are very satisfied with the work.

My dad, who is 72, decided to spend 55k on a new roof through Erie Homes. Now, 1 year later, there are water stains in 2 rooms, I have called twice to schedule someone to come out and look at the roof without anyone calling to schedule a time. So the longer we wait, the more damage is being done to the house, which who knows if their fancy warranty will even cover. My dad was completely taken advantage of by their scripted high-pressure sales pitch. Do your due diligence. Look at the BBB (better business bureau) for the reoccurring issues. I could have found a 3rd party company to see the roof faster than these people can even make a phone call to schedule something.Spend your money & time elsewhere.

Erie Home's is a great company to deal with. They were constantly in communication with me before, during, and after the installation of my roof. They were punctual, except for the day it rained and they told me they were going to start a day later because of it, and finished up when they said they would.

Two times I’ve responded to their ad in Facebook and the call starts out very courteous until near the end where the sales agent basically demands that I tell them my marital status and that I must have all parties there in order to get a quote. The last time I checked, if I’m the customer, I get to choose the conditions of the visit to my home and what I want to disclose, Not the company offering a quote to do work on my home. So if you want to do business with a company that feels they can make demands on you before you even sign a contract, this is your roofer. Not for me though!

I just had the appointment; it seemed it was too elaborate/time consuming to get a high level quote. Not interested. i had to dismiss politely the two sales reps. The business can certainly be more considerate of customers' time.

This company is very professional from the sales team that spent a lot of time showing me how their product was superior to other companies to the installers that protected my roof through rain storms that occurred while they were putting on the new roof.The warranty that they offer seems really good and the fact that the company has been around for a long time makes me feel secure that they would be around to honor that warranty if anything were to arise.Service: Roof installation

I believe that Erie Home engages in deceptive marketing practices. Their digital adds imply that you can get an immediate quote on the roof. In reality, it signs up to get repeated calls (at least once per hour) until you respond and schedule an appointment. The person that you talk to is just a scheduler and can't answer basic questions about the roof. All they can do is schedule you an appointment for someone to come and "inspect" the roof. They require that all decision makers be at the meeting or they will not show up, which means I had to arrange a time around my 5 children in order to have this conversation. The sales person was an hour and half late. He was very pleasant and nice. After spending an hour looking at the roof and then another hour or so presenting the sales pitch, I had to interrupt him to get to the quote. The quote that provided was over double that to a quote I received from an installer using Decra (a similar metal roof product). The manager got on the phone after the quote and even admitted that this may not be a good product for this home. If that is the case, why couldn't they tell me on the phone rather than waste all of this time?It would have saved us all a lot of time to be able to provide a high level estimate before going through this. In fact, I have had other roofing companies be able to provide estimates from satellite imaging or drones, which all came in significantly lower (over half lower) than Erie roofing. After the meeting, I get a call from another scheduler suggesting that their manager looked at the roof and can get me a better price and asked to schedule another appointment. However, the scheduler could not provide me the quote. I refused because I did not believe they would be anywhere close to competitive.The product itself looks to be high quality but I think it is on par to other products such as Decra. However, I find their sales and marketing practices to be quite deceptive. They remind me of a time share seller that is trying to push you into to overpriced products through pushy sales tactics. To be clear, I am not comparing the price of their product (a metal roof) to asphalt shingles. My comparison of their price is to other similarly quality metal roofs and they were double.I would stay away from their company and not waste your time with their lengthy and deceptive sales tactics.

They worked with us on a date that worked for both our crazy works schedules for the initial consultation. Showed up on time, was very professional. Sales guy spent time reviewing and explaining options and found us a financing plan that worked for our budget. Once approved the team got us on the schedule with in three days. Erie Home did a great job on our roof install. From initial contact to consultation to follow ups on material delivery to install date scheduling. They helped us with getting pre approval from our HOA and we had no issues. The roof install team was polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They showed up when they were suppose to and did a good job communicating. Our roof was supposed to take 1-2 days, but because of all the custom cuts they needed a third day, but that third day was five days after the second day. They moved all the materials to the side and cleaned up so we could use the driveway until they got back. The final day they worked until about hour after sundown. The site supervisor walked the perimeter as a final inspection with us and during that walk around he spotted a small area that was missed and the crew knocked it out quickly. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up and after 3 days of work the roof looks great. The crew who did the install were courteous and professional and got the tear-off and install done in a single day. There was some confusion on the installation date, but that was cleared up. The roof replacement and two solar attic fan installations were completed in one day, which was faster than expected. One window was cracked during the old roof tear off. I was notified, and a replacement was ordered immediately, and replaced the next day. They did a good job on the clean up.
