Excel Roofing Serviced had replaced my roof with new one two years ago. Couple of days ago, my HVAC contractor found minor points while they were preparing the vents out to the roof. I called Ty and got the immediate response to dispatch hi one of his project managers. Day later Oscar Viveros came by early in the morning and carried out the minor repairs and even conducted the preventive checks thoroughly. Like the owner Ty, like the project manager Oscar. They are sincere and responsive to my requests and jobs were well dine. Thank you for your service, Ty and Oscar! You guys are really kind, nice and responsive.
