REVIEW UPDATE: ** Hargrove reached out after my last update to make it right with my family and providing the money for the word of mouth. Thank you Hargrove for reaching out and correcting this with our family.**Updating my review to say that this company does not stay true to their word. My family helped by giving a referral to a friend and Hargrove stated it was a $500 referral. They were quick to take the referral for business but not keep their word about providing us the money for the word of mouth. They’ve been extremely unprofessional since then. Do with this information what you will.Very pleased with Hargrove & their hard work from beginning to end. Only issue my family had was when there was a reschedule on the day they promised they were going to complete the service. Other than that we felt the customer service was great as well as the quality of the roof installation. Thank you Hargrove Roofing!

These guys will FIGHT for you and provide EXCELLENT quality, value, service, as well as timely, honest, and transparent communication. We had a hail storm that did a lot of damage to our roof, requiring us to replace it. Hargrove and their team helped us navigate from start to finish and afterward. They gave us a lot of materials and labor for the money. Their instruction at each step was on point. The installation was very professional and it looks beautiful. My advisor was George Puskas, ask for him. He is the reason I went with Hargrove out of 3 quotes. It rained the first 2 weeks of the year I had 2 leaks. He patiently explained everything and got it done in a timely manner. I got pics of damage and pics while roof was being repaired. And a video of roof showing the product replacement complete. Highly recommend and very appreciative.

Hargrove was quick, straightforward, and economical. They helped decide on the most cost efficient Class IV shingle for my roof which greatly reduced my insurance premium. I had a few issues with my gutters and they sorted that out with my roof without Nicole and dining me. It's a great company to work with. I will recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Excellent consumer service and communication.My experience, i was told by the new insurance that i had to change my roof because it looked worn. I told them that i have no issues with the roof and they issued me a letter that i will no have coverage on my house. I called around looking for roofing companies, Hargrove came out they gave me a qoute, i never had to replace the roof before. So i was clueless on the process, they walked through everything. Once i chose them, everything arrived as expected, the crew arrived when was inforned. they completed the house the same day. They cleaned up the area as like they was never there. During the job, i received updates on their progress. I felt at ease the entire way. they was able to complete the roof before the my insurance policy cancelled and saved me through another ordeal. I am very grateful and appreciative of their quick response, the communication and the quality of work that they provided.

Left me with no help and with a damaged roof. Don't believe their lies. Will take your money and run. Low quality, would not recommendUpdate: I have an email from your company that I will gladly share online stating that I needed a new roof as it was unrepairable, and then your company agreed to meet with me and my insurance on the 30th and were a no show and blew me off. Now i have a damaged roof and no roofers. Don't worry I will take my business elsewhere and spread the word about yours. I have proof. So yes, extremely low quality and unprofessional.

Ben clearly explained what was needed after the free inspection, coordinated with insurance inspector, help us with filing claim, then coordinated with HOA on shingle selection, lined up TWIA inspection (to get discount on insurance premium).
