I live in a house in Galveston. I had a roof leak for a while because no handyman would call me back. I was going out of town on a Tuesday. The Friday before I took a chance and called Matt at Helix Restoration. He said No Problem and sent his crew led by Jorge on Monday to assess it. They showed me pictures of the roof and what needed to be done (more extensive than I thought), and it was repaired Tuesday morning, on time for my trip. Jorge and Matt were both straightforward, professional and polite. These days, to find a contractor who is on-time, who returns texts and calls immediately, who is honest and forthright, smart and far, is very rare. On top of that, the cost was a whole bunch less than I thought it would be. For ANY future home repairs I will definitely be calling Helix. They don't play games and they do what they say they will do.

After a recent hail storm, Matt stopped by to examine my roof. He showed me pictures of the damage from sizeable hail strikes not only on my roof, but also pointed out window trim that had been damaged from strikes.Unlike most who are eager to close business and move on however, Matt had the integrity to suggest that even though my insurance company would likely cover a new roof, the shingles were still good for another year without issue.It is refreshing to find someone in the industry who values ethics, integrity and reputation.

Cara was always on top of the paperwork. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and organized. The gentlemen that put the roof on were very friendly and efficient. Helix Restoration and its partner subcontractors have done excellent jobs, from start to finish, in every aspects of works in a safe, quality and efficient manner with competitive and reasonable prices. My house was replaced with a new roof, new gutter around the house, repaired / replaced all the rotten woods and fully painted beautifully. Their performance has exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend this Company to others.

Had my NEW roof replaced with Helix Restoration, Hassle-Free, I highly recommend this company!Matt is a very experienced and knowledgeable professional. During the inspection, he took the pictures and listed out a large area of damaged shingles (mostly caused by hailstorms), he explained to me that I probably need to replace with a new roof ...After the insurance adjuster came and approved the claim, and before the project start, he confirmed the new materials (new shingles, underlaying materials etc) to be installed and explained in details about how the project would be carried out and provided the GL insurance with my name as insured...It turned out to be a fantastic job! It took only one full day to replace the entire roof for the 2000 Sqft home, they even picked up all debris and cleaned up the entire work areas and even drive way neat and clean after the job...I am very pleased with their work and am happy to live under my brand NEW roof which comes with 50 years warranty!

They did an excellent job on our roof & completed the work within 2 days as promised. Brett & Cara were great to work with. The only complaint was clean up. They could've done a better job at that. If cleanup was better I would've given 5 stars.

I used this company before, but the experience was horrible. The quality is poor. The owner promised anything, but at the end they denied to do any other items were written on the contract, but those items were paid by insurance company. Until now, I haven't receive the warranty documents yet, maybe they have never intended to do so... It was nightmare
