We had a wonderful experience with Houston Roofing installing our new roof. Our project manager, Ryan Johnson, was highly knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He did a wonderful job in educating us about the roof replacement process and invaluable in assisting us in getting the best possible settlement with our insurance company. His demonstration of the quality of the Malarkey shingles was excellent. Watch the youtube videos about the Malarkey products and you will quickly see they are hands down the best shingles available. Their office representative, Jacey, was very proficient and a pleasure to deal with. The roofing crew did a great job on the installation. Completed the entire large roof project in one day with no damage to utilities, pool or flower beds and did a quality job on the clean up. Highly recommend Houston Roofing and Ryan.

When dealing with such a big project as roofing, it is not something to take lightly. As a customer, Houston Roofing and Construction has made my experience an incredible one. When researching, I had seen that this company were master elite roofers which persuaded me further to contact them. When Justin Miller came to my house to give me an estimate and presentation, he was very knowledgeable and answered all questioned I had. Even with comparing quotes from other companies, Mr. Miller made me feel comfortable to call him whenever I had any other questions. I am blessed to be given this house by my grandparents and for the age that I am, it was nice to be taken serious. I wanted to make sure that my money was going to be invested in a roof that would last a lifetime. Customer service has exceeded my expectations, my roof looks immaculate. Not only did they send their warranty and receipts through email but made sure I received a hard copy through postal mail. I give this company two thumbs up, 5 out of 5 stars and my word on customer satisfaction.

I contracted this company, after I saw their sign in a neighbor's yard. I contacted them and had the pleasure of working with the project manager Robert. Awesome work at a great price. Robert was very professional and went step by step in the process with me, he always emphasized ,that he was a phone call away, if I had additional questions. The crew were respectful of property and completed the job in one day, and the clean-up was impressive.

My contact at Houston Roofing and Construction was Robert. I was extremely impressed, pleased and satisfied with Robert's straight forward manner and honesty. I was not looking forward to dealing with a roofing company, having heard many nightmare stories from others. I was quite surprised and relieved by Robert's way of dealing with me. No attempt at a hard sell, no confusing terminology. In fact, Robert was helpful in explaining the insurance company's quote, which did use confusing terms.The work was done well, completed in the time estimated and for the amount quoted. Houston Roofing & Construction was extremely helpful from the very beginning of our insurance claim process. Our project manager, Justin, inspected our mid-century style flat roof alongside the insurance claims adjuster and was able to point out all the hail damage we previously received. Justin shared each roofing option available and gave us an honest assessment.Despite pandemic related shortages, Houston Roofing secured the product and quickly installed a new TPO membrane roof system and repaired all decking! They even went the extra mile to make sure we had the proper skylights installed.We are so happy with the results, both functionally and aesthetically. After I decided on the scope of work and options, the work was scheduled right away. The Crew and materials arrived as scheduled. The work was completed in one day, including clean-up. We did a lot of research prior to selecting a company to replace our roof. We decided to go with Houston Roofing and Construction since they went above and beyond in obtaining certifications that are above state standards. We first used Houston Roofing & Construction to replace our roof under an insurance claim. They worked with our insurance to help us get them to cover the most. It was a simple process and we had Dustin by our side the whole time. He was amazing to deal with and was easy to communicate with.We were so impressed with the quality of work on our roof that we ended up having them do additional work to repair our siding and repair our house. It was worth every penny. They do quality and excellent work and we plan on having them do additional projects for us in the next few years. 10/10 would recommend!!

I needed my 23 year old roof replaced. I'm not planning on ever moving so wanted to get the best roof by the best company I could, not the cheapest. I feel confident that I got that with HRC. I hired Houston Roofing and Construction to complete two home repair projects - one was to repair a water damaged wall that needed to be patched and repainted, and the other was to repair and stain a pergola on my back patio. Dustin Stahmer responded to my request for a bid and came to the house to view the work site. Bid in hand, the work was scheduled, and Dustin kept me informed along the way of when the crew would arrive. They arrived on time and even though additional damage was uncovered during the process, they completed the work timely and took great care with the work they performed. The crew was polite and professional and routinely asked me to come and view the work to make sure I didn't have any concerns. I highly recommend them and couldn't be more pleased with the work they performed. I will definitely use them again for other home repair and renovation projects. Ask for Dustin - he will take great care of you. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Hands down they far surpassed my expectations.

I called Houston Roofing and Construction for a leak that we assumed was from our roof. Turns out the leak was from our balcony! Dustin spent an hour with us trying to pinpoint the exact location of the leak which saved us so much time and money for this issue.We do have an old roof so we still did the roof inspection and he was very honest with me about the life expectancy left and future options. I probably asked way too many questions but he was very helpful and answered them all. Jacey, Justin, and the Houston Roofing & Construction team did a fantastic job on our home and our customer experience was first rate from quote to completion. We bid a large and varied project including roof repairs, painting, concrete repair, and a couple of other trades. Houston Roofing was the only company able to quote the entire bill of work, and was the most timely in both turning the bid around and adjusting line items to our taste. The work was scheduled timely, and over a 4 day period across all trades. We were pleased with the expediency, quality, and customer care throughout the process. Houston Roofing & Construction was extremely supportive from the very beginning of our insurance claim process. Our insurance company had denied our claim initially, we then proceeded with requesting a second inspection by a different adjuster. Our project manager, Blake, was readily available to inspect our roof alongside the insurance claims adjuster. Blake did a great job pointing out the hail damage on our roof and our claim was approved. Houston Roofing & Construction was available to install our new roof within 2 weeks. During the installation, there was an area by our second floor window that had a metal pan that was not covered with our insurance. A supplemental claim was submitted and was denied by our insurance. However, Houston Roofing & Construction took it upon themselves and their GREAT Customer Service to make us happy and replace the metal pan at no cost. Throughout , the whole installation they were very punctual and very clean. Everything was handled very professionally. My Project Manager Robert answered all of my questions and walked me through the whole process of my roof replacement. When the roofers were done the Project Manger on site checked the clean up and inspected my roof and went into my attic to make sure everything went well. Chose to replace our roof with HR&C because they were the only company that were able to fix a leak along our chimney 5 years ago. We tried several companies before HR&C, and every time we spent money only to have it leak again. Not only did Ryan know why it was leaking, but he also knew why the other guys didn't know how to fix it. Ryan and his crew stopped the leak and kept our house dry. Houston roofing and construction did a fantastic job replacing our old roof. Dustin and the whole crew was professional, skillful, communicative, and quick. I 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to do roofing or related work.Update: dozens of nails left on my driveway puncturing my car's tire.I would still contract this company and my views of their work quality is unchanged. I would recommend a more careful clean up crew. When the crew left I purchased a large roller magnet to pick up a few nails left behind. Weeks after the job, I am still finding nails littered up and down my driveway. The roofing material disposal process was a bit messy and resulted in several dozen nails left behind, one went through my shoe at an off angle, luckily did not puncture my foot, one punctured a car tire.

We had a lot of damage to our old roof and consistently had shingles falling off.
