I Give these guys a 5 star rating because that was the most I could give. Five stars is DEFINITELY an understatement when it comes to this roofing company!!!! This is the second home Charles has put a roof on for me. He walked me through the replacement of my roof from start to finish. He came out inspected my roof free of charge and we instantly got the ball rolling. He kept me informed as to what was going on and what to expect. Charles and his crew came out to my home to start the project on a Wednesday and Thursday they were completely finished. They are very professional and I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for your roofing needs!! You will not regret it.

Excellent company, works as your partner with the insurance companies, great job on my roof, stands behind their work 100%. I had a small leak on my back deck 2 years after my shingles were replaced by Certified, totally unrelated to the original install. Contacted Charles, he quickly assessed the issue and repaired at no charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for replacement or repair of a roof.

Charles and his team exceeded my expectations with the high quality new roof I received. They were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful during the entire process. Certified Roofing Systems has gone above and beyond my expectations! Their professionalism, customer service and the overall process of my roof replacement has been nothing but outstanding. Charles, the owner of the company, was on time for the inspection of the job and was very detailed in letting me know what would be done to change my whole roof which was very helpful since I really do not know anything about roofs.I rarely write reviews but wanted to let others know about my great and positive experience I had with this company. Charles, the owner was terrific. He inspected my roof and found storm damage. He assisted me with the claims process (which was a huge help), he met with the insurance adjuster and was able to get the damage paid for by the insurance company. Having gone thru this process before, I know it’s not an easy process. Charles did a great job. He really knows his stuff. Highly, highly recommend his company.

We had a great experience with certified roofing systems as they replaced our roof, gutters and repaired our trim, facets and soffits. The crew was professional and diligent. They were responsive to my observations, feedback and requests. Charles provides customer-oriented service by being present at the jobsite and staying in constant communication throughout the process.
