I'm so pleased with my new roof. Ideal did a fantastic job in 1 day. They had 8 - 10 guys on the job & did quality work. Covered all plants & the pool. Everything was put back in place & cleaned up. Mike R. was terrific, patient & very nice. And, the roof ... it's just perfect. I will use Ideal Roofing for now on & will recommend to all my friends.

One of the hardest things of homeownership is finding a reputable contractor when it is time to perform routine maintenance or repairs on your home. We needed to find a roofer to come out and inspect our roof after a series of hail storms blew through our area. A fried of mine recommended Ideal Roofing. I gave them a call and they were able to come out that weekend and the representative showed up on time as promised. Expecting the worst, he came down after inspecting our roof and informed me everything was good - no damage. I very much appreciate the honesty and integrity of doing right by the customer. I have added Ideal to my contact list and will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Ideal has installed at least 8 roofs for my family over the years. I have known the owner Jim for over 40 years and he is one of the most honest and ethical people I know.They just installed a roof on my house last week and will be putting a new roof on a family ranch house in December.The professionalism of his company, the work quality of the crews, and the cleanup after the job is complete is all top notch. One star for getting cut off and having to slam on my brakes due to one of their employees in a company truck. Surely nothing in the roofing business is important enough to warrant doing 55+mph in a 30 zone and nearly hitting someone, but doing it in a vehicle with the company logo is just dumb.

Ideal Roofing sent out Denton Chiles, who was extremely unprofessional, to inspect my roof 2 weeks ago. He I needed some new shingles and siding, still waiting for the quote despite having reached out several times. I’m assuming what I need fixing isn’t enough for Ideal Roofing to make a significant profit of to bother with. Also, I called a few days ago about an attic ladder install, also no response. Shocking since I only contacted this company because they came recommended by Tom Tynan. Inspector also uses derogatory terms like “buddy”, I understand I’m s young homeowner, but I feel like that’s just very unprofessional.

Jim's crew came out and did a quick quality installation, we never felt like we were missing anything during the roof replacement. They were very responsive from the fist phone call to the job completion. They were very knowledgeable of their products. We never felt pressured into buying any upgrades we didn't want.the job site was left clean of any debris, including the pool.

Jim Hardwick and his team did quality work replacing our roof. He personally replaced a few tiles (at no charge) when inspecting our roof for the first time and that was just 2 days before the Tax Day flood in 2016. That gesture saved us from a greater disaster. We had a couple of holes repaired and a roof tune up a little over a year ago. Another company told us we needed a much bigger repair -- at a much higher price. When Mr. Sanchez came he diagnosed a simple leak and pointed out how it was true. He seemed to know roofs better than the fancy company with shiny brochure. Our experience with Ideal Roofing was far from “ideal”. Ideal installed a new roof on our home a little over 5 years ago.  Currently, the roof has several leaks and areas of fascia damage/rotting due to what appears to be poor worksmanship.  After speaking with the shingle manufacturer, it was apparent that the manufactures recommendations were not followed in areas. This resulted in significant water damage.When I called with warranty questions, I was blown off for several weeks.  Ideal Roofing did finally send a sales rep out.  He looked at the roof for a few minutes and said it was not done right.  He quoted me $4,000 to fix it.  I was told that my warranty questions needed to be taken up with the owner, who will not respond to my messages.Our roof has produced significant leaks. Based on my experience, Ideal will not stand by their product once the check clears. With two newborns in the home, this is the last thing we wanted to deal with. We had hoped that Ideal would do the right thing, but that has not been the case.

Ramon not only identified area of leak but also pointed to another leak. He told me what needed to be done in order to repair leaks and was punctual in return to fix the problem. His professionalism and expertise made the situation easier to address. He also installed a solar powered attic fan. It has rained several time since his work and all is fine! Replaced rotting sections with new soffit, fascia and frieze using Hardy material all around the house. Spray painted new installation and complemented colors by accenting existing shutters and garage doors. Installation and painting completed in 3 1/2 days. I do not recommend you use this company. I needed repairs to my carport roof. The guy did not turn up at the appointed time to do the initial quote and I had to chase twice. The work completed was average. A new gutter does not run off water effectively and there is still a hole in one area of the roof. The work was done three months ago and every time I call to get them to come out and make the final repair I am met with silence or excuses. My best advice is to find another company to do your roofing. I would give zero stars if that were possible.

I got five quotes from four different roofing companies. I selected Ideal Roofing and I'm glad I did. This was a flat roof job which is a little different roofing job. I ended up selecting a PVC roof and the Ideal team did a really good job. The job took two days and they did also did a really good job cleaning up. Cipriano came back and did a walk through of the job.

I called Ideal to come take a look at a leak I had during the ice storm. It was an old leak that reared its head again so I called them out to give me an estimate. Sanchez came out, we discussed what happened and he told me he believes the ice was backing the water up (literally up) on my roof and that's the reason it was leaking. He explained himself further and said "I can give you peace of mind for about $900 but I don't think you'll ever have this problem again."I agreed I would rather wait to see what happens but it's this level of honestly that is lost these days in many businesses. I give them 5 stars for their honestly and if that roof ever does leak, Ideal is the only place I will call.
