Jose Martinez is a scammer and con artist. Took our 50% down payment ($1650) and never completed the project. Giving multiple excuses to delay the project (even using his own family member/miscarriage as a reason), then disappeared. Used cheap comtractor grade Plygem windows (instead of using top of the line windows which had been agreed in the contract) and also damaged my house while removing the old windows. He advertised he could do many things for your house, but these guys didn’t know what they were doing. Their primary intention is to get your down payment and run away with it. When you called multiple times, they came and installed a few cheap things here and there to appease you.BEWARE!!!
