Originally I priced three other roofers and they came in the lowest and fastest turn around. I already had my estimate from the insurance company and JEN Roofing was able to work with it for a full roof replacement. They came in and did the job within two weeks of their first visit and did a really nice job for just my co-pay. I haven't even received the insurance check back from the mortgage company yet. Thanks Guys! Now 2 Months Later... and 2 payments in by the insurance company. (Plus the roofing company is still after more from them) I'm not sure I'll even be able to afford insurance next year once the company jacks my rate because of this. What Jen Roofing quoted as "Doing the job for what the insurance company would pay, vs. what other local roofing companies offered for the job 2+ grand less to do a job without seeing the insurance estimate. I got screwed. I though Jen Roofing was the lowest price, now it's the highest price. Get price in writing BEFORE you get the roof done.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

They were very communicative after the initial quote and continued following up to get things scheduled. The team did not show up to the first scheduled appointment and did not call to notify me of the change. The service was great! The inspector treated me with total respect and informed me deeply about his company. The process to start was quick and easy. Once the roofers started i was worried about my lawn, But they treated my house as if it was there own. They were extremely careful with my property and cleaned up really good once done. when it comes to the roof once finished it looked beautiful. I am very happy with my choice and hope to do more business with them down the road.
