I'm disappointed with the gutter installation service provided by your JP roofing and Gutters. The gutters were not properly balanced, leading to water pooling issues. Despite multiple attempts to address this, my concerns were ignored, and I experienced unprofessional behavior when trying to contact them. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

Awesome company, from the initial call with Appreciate Elizabeth, the assessment and quote, and their patience while HOA reviews the request. Once approved they came out the next day and completed the work within the time frame estimated. The team from initial to completion & post completion are amazing! Bellaire Roofing did a perfect job repairing the roof on the house. This is why I ask them to do the roof on the garage. Many years before Bellaire Roofing replaced the roof on the house - perfectly.Garage Roof - What a disaster! A list of problems.1. I wish they had told me to spread tarps on the inside to catch the roofing debris that fell inside the garage. I have been cleaning up the mess for more than a week.2. No English speakers on the work crew. This became a problem when I found one of the men sitting on my lawn BLEEDing. I tried to ask him if he need assistance but could never communicate with him or the men working on the roof. I finally called the head office and asked them to communicate.The lack of an English speaker also impacted my ability to tell the workmen that I expected them to replace the wind turbine that they took off and ROOFED OVER THE HOLE. Finally I got through to someone and got a new wind turbine installed.3. Downspout damage. The roofers removed the downspout feeding a black corrugated pipe to carry the water down the driveway. I could never communicate this. I had to buy a new corrugated pipe because the workmen crushed the pipe when they rolled out the trailer they used to collect roofing debris.4. Though the contract called for a magnetic sweep of the driveway for roofing nails, a number were left behind for me to find with my magnetic. I also found one with my TIRE. I sent in a picture of this but never heard back.5. Misc debris - the workmen left 5 pop cans behind. Not a big deal but sloppy none the less.Conclusion - Most of these problem could have been avoided if SOMEONE on the crew spoke English.Service: Roof installation

Update: 2023 I hired this company again to fix my roof. There was a leak where the original roof met the roof from an addition. They were here immediately and did my repairs quickly and professionally without leaving any trash behind. I highly recommend Jp Roofing N Gutters!The technician came out and looked at my roof and I had a quote within a half hour. They fixed my roof, rotten fascia, and replaced the gutters for a reasonable amount and did a good job. I am pleased with the service and would recommend them for roof or gutter jobs.

JP Roofing N Gutters is an excellent company. They have fixed roof leaks, and just replaced my flat roof with a wonderful white material that goes from 3" to 1" so water will flow into the gutters. It is both beautiful and very functional. The workmen are always professional and very responsive to requests. I want to especially commend Elizabeth, who schedules the work and communicates my needs to the workmen. She is the reason I have stayed with this company for my roofing needs for over 5 years. I would never use anyone else but JP Roofing. They were recommended to me from a friend a who lives in Virgina and said they were great. She was so right. Ms. Elizabeth even recommend me to go on their website and download the discount coupon. They finished the job in one day. All materials were picked up and my yard was just like it was when they came.I recently had to call Ms. Elizabeth for some paperwork and received the email when she promised. Very professional company. You will not be disappointed with this company.

I would never recommend this company. I used this company to replace the wood siding around my chimney. They sub-contracted the work, and the work was horrible. Instead of removing all of the old wood, they put the new Hardy Board over the rotten wood. The finished look was obviously terrible. The roof leaked and they would not repair their work. When questioned about their work, I was lied to repeatedly. I called this company dozens of times to allow them to fix their work before writing this review and my calls were ignored. JP Roofing is the only choice!When is started reaching out to roofing companies my first call was to a popular roofing company. More time was spent talking about how great the company was than anything else. After several failed attempts to contact with the guy I decided to move on.I called JP Roofing asked for a estimate and Elizabeth had someone at my home within the next 2 days and he was on time. He explained the problem in detail for a roof repair as well as roof replacement. There was some minor water damage inside the house that I needed to have fixed as well. Once I mentioned that to Elizabeth she said we can help you with that too. Over the next two weeks Elizabeth took care of everything sent me emails regularly with any and all updates or questions. I thought it was going to be a bit more complicated especially since I was working from home but I was pleasantly wrong. The roof was finished in one day, the cost was affordable and it looks really good. The guys made sure my yard was clean, they swept my yard repeatedly for nails to ensure my dogs didn’t get hurt.If value, quality and professionalism is important to you this the company for you.Shera M.

My experience was wonderful! Mr. Perez (CEO) came over fairly quickly after I called in a panic to check out my issue after the storm water pulled my gutters down on side of house. The next morning the crew came - 2 very nice guys, they fixed my gutters right up. I watched them and they checked it all out, not just the broken down part - for that I really appreciated! They re-secured them and all was good again. Now waiting for the rain to be sure all ok - which I know it will be. I would highly recommend JP Roofing! JP repaired a roof leak back in Oct 2019. They were on time, professional, and answered all my questions. The home is three stories, but they were able to do the work. Several other companies came and said they didn’t have a ladder long enough. (What?) The quality of work was great and they offered a better material option than other companies. They took photos before and after to show me what it looked like so I wouldn’t have to climb a ladder. Great job and reasonable price. Thanks!

I was most impressed with JP Roofing when they responded to my request for emergency repair of a leak in the roof that resulted in water dripping into the kitchen. They came out on a Sunday and replaced/repaired the flashing around a vent. I have also asked them to handle another repair as well as to go over my entire roof and re-seal everything around the pipes etc as a preventive measure. Most roofing companies are reluctant to do anything for a customer unless it involves roof replacement, which I have not needed yet. I trust their work and appreciate their great customer service and responsiveness.

i never leave bad reviews but they keep emailing me to leave a review so here it is. this business advertised a special for $275 roof repair and i scheduled for them to come out and repair ONE flashing on my roof. when they arrived (late - i had to call and make sure they were still coming), no one spoke english so i was unable to communicate with anyone doing the work. they were here for less than thirty minutes “repairing” the flashing on my roof. after they left someone from the office called me to collect the payment and i was told the repair was only temporary and that i needed all the flashings on my roof repaired as well as other things. i explained to her that all i wanted was the one flashing that was leaking totally repaired as we had discussed when i made the appointment and as their advertised special insinuated: “ROOF REPAIR $275.” i was then told that my $275 payment would go towards their quote of $1400 worth of work my roof needed if i choose to go with them. i told her that i did not want all that, all i wanted was the original flashing discussed fully repaired, not temporarily but she told me that was not possible. so i payed them $275 for someone to literally recaulk one flashing- that took about 15 minutes. also the “temporary repair” was extremely temporary as my roof started leaking in that exact same spot shortly after. it was an absolute scam. i would not recommend anyone to use this business- they totally took advantage of me being a young single woman and knowing little about roofing.edited to add in response to the owners comment below:this is a lie. i told them from the very beginning when scheduling that i wanted the flashing REPAIRED, which seems like a reasonable fix for $275. when their crew arrived absolutely no one spoke english so i was unable to communicate what needed to be done. it was only after they had left and the office called to collect payment that i was told this fix was temporary. all they did was pull up the flashing and add caulk. and charged me $275 to do so. this business is not only unprofessional but completely unethical as well.Service: Roof repair

These guys are great from the first phone call to the completion of the job.I started using these guys when I had a small repair job on a rental house. They didn't balk at the fact that it was only a couple hundred dollars for the repair. They reacted as if it was a full blown roof replacement. The fact that it was a mansard style roof shingles kept falling off and I had used at least three other companies to make repairs. JP was the only company that recognized that the way the shingles were improperly installed originally was causing the problem.I've been using them on rental property jobs ever since. Most recently on a roof replacement after Hurricane Harvey decimated our area. They provided great service from the original bid to explaining the cost breakdown and throughout the installation. What was most impressive was that they had a crew show up fully qualified and ready to work. They removed old shingles, made repairs to damaged plywood sheath, installed new tar paper, actually a new version of tar paper, and shingled the roof of a 1700 sq. ft. house in one day. And oh yea, they cleaned up the entire job site from the street to the house and entire back and side yards, Way to go guys, you have yet to fail my expectations.I still have three houses left and I suspect I'll be using them again.Service: Water damage repair

My 20 year-old roof suffered several storm damages on various spots, which lead to water damage around the skylight (that’s how I found out). Like a responsible home owner, I had asked around and requested a few inspection/estimates for the repair. On top of that, they were not only on time, the repair was quick, professional and the clean up after the repair was spotless! I would highly recommend JP Roofing - I had one of the best experiences EVER- I contacted JP after reading reviews and he came by right away and coincidentally, his partner was working in the area and met us. They accessed, gave me a firm price and had their roofers there the same day. They came at 1 PM and completed the repair by 4pm. with new composite that matched perfectly and offered to seal all three dormers for such a great price I couldn't refuse.I should add that we had a torrential storm the same night (No leaking) and the Hurricane a week later and NOT A DROP of water. Two years later , with all the storms , wind and rain the roof has held up with no issues. I wouldn't even waste your time looking at any other company!! Tricia
