We changed the roof in 14418 Sioux RunCypress, TX 77429 on January 10,23 the check they gave me has no funds and we haven’t been paid. They are extremely disrespectful they have answered our calls and pushed us back over and over again on payment. The last two weeks they have not responded or accepted our phone calls. DO NOT ROOF WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are bad people and not good for business we had 8 employees working on that roof for over 12 hours, it’s a lot of work to put on a roof. I say again do NOT ROOF WITH THIS COMPANY!!

WOW JUST WOW!!! I cannot say enough good things about Marlin Construction, LLC. We have used them in the past for several roof repairs, tune-ups, and increasing our attic ventilation. They have always done such a great job.This past time we had a full roof replacement including the plyboard decking. We knew exactly who to turn to for the work. Marlin is always on time, very communicative as we ran into delays due to weather conditions.Now for our experience. Marlin came in and tore off one side of our roof at a time and put down the new radiant barrier decking before starting on one of the other 3 sides. (smart since there was a slight chance of rain in the forecast that day). During the re-decking we had asked them to clean our soffits and replace our air hawks. They did all of that. The total job took 2 twelve-hour days. These guys were non-stop working. Looking over the new roof, you can see the quality of work and pride that the crew has in their work. Not a single damaged shingle, every row of shingles is perfectly aligned, the corners are perfect, the flashing is perfect.Here's what made me even happier. They went over my driveway and all of my front, side, and back yard areas with giant magnets, to collect any fallen nails. There wasn't a single piece of shingle or roofing paper debris to be found. The only thing that says they were even here is our fantastic-looking new roof.A few days later we had them come back to add more blown-in insulation to the attic (when we bought our house (9 years ago) and had it inspected we were told that there wasn't enough insulation. They covered their entire walking path from the front door to the attic to protect my wood floors and carpeting. Again when they left, I couldn't even tell that had been in my home. Everything was left exactly how they found it. They swept up all the debris from the insulation. Marlin Construction repaired my leaky roof and skylight quickly and professionally. The workmen were very polite and knowledgeable, and they did an excellent job with the repairs. I no longer have to dread rainy days and having to move the couch and put out the mop bucket and numerous other pots and pans to catch the many drips from the ceiling. Now I can enjoy rainy days by snuggling up with a blanket, a book, and a nice cup of hot chocolate!Services: Skylight repair, Roof repair

Marlin Construction replaced the flooring on my roof top. John (the owner) is extremely professional and knowledgeable. However, there were a few minor issues with the work. Nevertheless, the team made sure to fix everything. They made sure to schedule an appointment and send their contractors as soon as I called to ensure the problem was resolved. Marlin Construction did a TPO roof replacement on my 1963 Mid Century flat roof office. John, the owner is very nice and easy to work with. The crew foreman was considerate and took time to address my concerns. The project was completed exactly on time and budget with a 20 year NDL warranty. We converted the roof from modified bit to TPO and added 1.5 inches of ISO insulation, my electric bill has dropped by about 25% and the building is much more comfortable overall. I am very happy with my experience and I have already referred Marlin Construction to friends.
