I am selling my home. My buyers hired a different roofing company to come do a roof inspection, and they sent over a scam inspection that stated my roof was completely destroyed by hail and needed replaced. I filed an insurance claim, which was denied to my surprise (i didnt realize the initial inspection was a scam and assumed my insurance was trying to get out of paying for a new roof). I called Meis and JD came out promptly, expecting him to also tell me there was damage and I needed a new roof as well. JD was completely honest and did not try to upsell me on anything. He told me exactly the same thing my insurance company did, that all I needed was some minor maintenance work, and there was no hail damage! He was honest and straightforward which is rare to find in this business I'm realizing. I recommended his services to my realtor and my buyers, I would use him in a heartbeat if I wasn't moving out of the area. He is very knowledgeable and I'm thankful for him putting all of this nonsense to rest after all of this stress where my home sale was in jeopardy for nothing thanks to a different company's scummy business practices.

Nothing but great things to say about Meis Roofing. Being a first time homeowner, I didn’t know much about replacing a roof. Rick came out for an inspection, walked us through everything, and made us feel very comfortable. He gave us a great price (lowest of 3 bids) and thoroughly answered any questions we had. The team showed up early and finished our roof in one day! Rick even helped us with our insurance adjuster after the job was complete. I had a terrible leak on my dinning room ceiling and initially thought it had to do with the roof. I immediately called Meis Roofing & Construction and spoke with Rick Vallone. I explained to him my situation and he came to the rescue that same day. After he evaluated my ceiling, he advised what needed to be fixed. I felt very comfortable with the process and costs. He was very thorough at explaining the steps I needed to make to repair my ceiling. At that point I felt safe and trusted in him. Had some roof issues. They provided pictures of area that needed repair, also provided pictures of damage once shingles were pulled back, and once repairs were final. They successfully stopped the leaks around my chimney.Service was on time and within estimate.
