I am a realtor & contacted Monarch Roofing to provide a 2nd quote on a roof replacement for my clients. Shane was extremely responsive & knowledgeable. My clients ended up deciding to replace the roof, and went w/ Monarch. The shingle they liked best wasn't available in the price originally quoted, but Shane was able to get his supplier to honor the slightly lower pricing. His crew was fast & efficient, and most of all, took good care of my clients' home. When one little area of freshly painted house trim was damaged (because, well, it happens in construction), Shane ensured it was made right. I will never call anyone other than Monarch Roofing for my roofing issues. Another company charged me a large amount of money to fix a leak in my roof and with the next rain, it was still leaking. Then, they wanted 3 times what Monarch wanted to repair the leak again without any guarantee. Monarch was at my house the same day that I called them. They made a temporary repair until they could get back out to fix the leak. They were professional, dependable and reasonably priced. If you need a roofer, I highly recommend them.

Monarch Roofing installed my shingled roof and I couldn't be more pleased. The fair price surprised me and was very competitive. They took the old shingles off and put on the new ones. All the workers were respectful of the property, performed in a professional manner, paid close attention to detail, and cleaned up everything before leaving the site. I purchased my house 1 year ago. During the home inspection two problems were reported: lack of ventilation and missing flashing in one wall. To address the problems I called 6 different roofers. All of them missed the reported problems and they just suggested replacing the whole roof. Only Shane, from Monarch, after a 40 minutes detailed inspection, was able to point out the two reported problems and came up with a very economically consciencius solution. Monarch’s crew is extremely professional and experienced and did a very artisanal work on my roof that very few technicians are knowledgeable to do so. We badly needed two new roofs, one for our garage and one for our house. Shane and his team did excellent work on both and even though necessary additional work was later discovered, they worked hard to keep the extra costs as close to the original estimate as possible. Even though there was more work than initially planned, his team worked hard to complete it right before a major storm rolled into town.After the storm, Shane came out and inspected both roofs to make sure everything looked good.
