Moss Roofing is awsome! Haygen has provided us really great service! There were a lot of situations going on in our case, but Haygen provided huge amount of help. He communicated with the insurance company to get the claim approval. Haygen explained everything crystal clear and walked us through the process. Our schedule has changed many times, but Haygen and the moss roofing team are very flexible. The project day only took one day and went very smooth. Also, they cleaned up after they finish. Look at the new beautiful shining roof!

Josh worked exceptionally hard to get our claim approved with Allstate. We were initially only awarded a very small sum but he worked for over a year to challenge that decision and we finally got our new roof a few days ago. Had he not stayed optimistic and persevered, I would have given up and given in to the insurance company. I also appreciated that he guided me through all the additional paperwork and contacts. He was always responsive and polite.The roof was completed quickly (1 day) and the roofers did a good job cleaning up our property afterward.

Sean McCan was very helpful in getting the work properly completed on time. It was a big job to replace the roof on the main bldg, the garage and the connecting walkway roof. They started very early in the morning and worked through lunch and completed as it was turning dark. We pointed out to Sean that the gutters on the main bldg were damaged due to the storm and he said he will pursue it with the insurance company. We are waiting for its approval and fix. All workers were very diligent and cleaned up thoroughly after job is done. I recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement.

I typically do not write reviews and this is my 2nd review ever. Only reason I am writing this is because of the service James Shane provided. I have seen very few service providers who have gone over and beyond like James did. He was the one who assisted with the paper work filing for insurance (hail damage), multiple follow-ups with insurance company and the insurance adjuster. When the claim was declined the first time, he followed up with taking damage closeup pictures and resubmitting them to the claim adjuster for a re-evaluation.Whent the claim was approved, the roof changing service started on the specified date/time. On the service date, there was some chance of afternoon thunderstorms, so the workers cut short their lunch break to finish ahead of schedule. They were helpful and communicative through the day. At the end of the day, they did all cleanup all around the house without needing to point anything out.I would definitely recommend Moss Roofing to future prospective customers. I certainly am thankful for the service James provided in keeping me informed at every stage and for clear concise communication.

I called Moss Roofing to get a quote for replacing my 20 year old roof with an insurance claim. Josh from Moss Roofing came out to my home for the quote. He walked me through the entire process of the work that needed to be done. He explained about shingle and labor quality of what to expect from a quality roofing company. The labor and manufacture warrantee for the roof replacement and shingles was much longer than other roofing companies I called. The entire process from getting a quote, to dealing with the insurance claim, to the completion of the work was top notch. The roof placement was done in 8 hours and the work team cleaned up everything afterwards. I am very happy with the quality of work and great communication from Moss Roofing, especially Josh.

I just replaced the roof at my house. The contractor Sean is an honest professional and friendly person to work with. He educated me with all information ahead of time so that I was knowledgeable to make the right choices. He worked through all the evidence and paperwork to make sure the insurance approved the claim and subsequent steps. His team was awesome in completing the high-quality work and cleaned up so well and ensured no nails were left over in the property and in street. Fantastic experience with Moss Roofing! It started with James coming to the door to see if we needed help with our older roof, which like all of our neighborhood had hail damage.
