Chris initially came out for the estimate, and later came back and met with the insurance company and helped me submit my claim. Over the course of time, my claim was approved, I selected a new roof shingle, set a build date, and had the work performed. In this day and age it’s hard to find a roofing/home repair company that will not only remain honest but offer quality repairs and an effective timeline. This is it, these guys get the job done. They’re willing to answer any questions you might have on the process and materials without hesitation. They fixed everything i needed and when I was getting mixed instructions from insurance they remained honest and explained aspects to me in layman’s terms. Super helpful. Definitely am recommending them to everyone I know. Will use them if anything ever happens again and that feeling itself is worth the already excellent value. Can’t express it enough that the world is already so stressful enough and having a company like this to work with in such a low time is super important.

Gary came to the house, met with the insurance company, replaced the roof, painted our house and fixed the attic. It took less than a week to complete the work from the initial contact. New Era not only worked with my insurance company to get my roof replaced after last year's hail storm, but they also explained how proper ventilation helps my utility bills. I was able to add on their eco package which included a solar attic fan, a zippered attic entry cover and a radiant barrier underlayment. For the first time I am not dreading the Texas heat.
