I would not recommend this company. They work the neighborhood door-to-door when they have a customer signed up and try to get neighbors to have their house and roof power-washed as well. What they don't tell you is that their product contains some type of bleaching agent that stains your fence and leave streaks on your house/windows, and leaves a foul smell for days. In addition, the owner said his crew could fix an area on a window sill that was rotted for an additional cost. Not only did they do a very poor and uneven repair, but they did not come back to paint the repair. I called the President/Salesperson, Bill Pettijohn, 3 times and left messages with his "Assistant." No one would ever call me back or come and finish the job I paid for. I had to hire another handyman to come and fix that "repair"! I never leave negative reviews, but this really feels like a fly by night kind of operation and I feel taken advantage of.

We are very satisfied working with Bill and his team. We started the project with the exterior wash and witnessed an amazing transformation. The exterior wash restoration got the ball rolling and displayed this company’s ability to manage a project and deliver quality work. As a result, my wife and I felt comfortable choosing PermaClean to do a large and complicated interior remodel to our home. They have a designer in house, and a well-managed program for coordinating the various trades. We found that they were able to get a $250,000 job done on time and at budget. That said, I think their software made payments and project accounting easy to manage across the various job segments and vendors. I’ve worked with other general contractors in the past and this has not always been the case. If you’re looking to do a large restoration or remodel project, PermaClean should definitely be considered.

We had the PermaClean roof rescue and our house looks AWESOME!!! We live in River Oaks and have seen them working for several neighbors. We worked with Bill and his team and they were fantastic. The men worked hard all day while taking care of our whole property. Additionally, the house siding looks refreshed and the pool deck looks new. GREAT JOB!!

PermaClean is an awesome company and Bill was easy to work with. I got hold of PermaClean through one of my girlfriends on the Kinkaid school mothers network. She hired them and had a great experience. She said they had worked for 20 other homes on her street and she had never seen another company doing that much work for all of our neighbors. We hired PermaClean!! As a result, we are very happy with their work and in 1 day they transformed the look of our roof, home exterior, concrete and hard scape. There’s nobody else in Houston that can do this at their level. I’m totally satisfied and have referred them to other friends of mine in River Oaks and at Kinkaid.

Bill saved Our roof!! A local roofer was trying to sell us a new roof 15 years BEFORE it was actually necessary. A neighbor referred us to Perma Clean. They have serviced 23 other roofs on our street and after speaking with other neighbors, we discovered they were very satisfied with Bill and his team. His trucks are big and well marked, they wear uniforms and it is a corporate experience. Sadly this is missing with most contractors in the home-improvement industry. There’s no way a company could have this many trucks and crews working and get away with doing a bad job. We also found out that the National Association of Shingle Manufacturers recommend cleaning the roof the exact way that Perma Clean does. Lastly, we hired Perma Clean to paint our house as well and it turned out to be a masterpiece. They are a general contractor and during the job they had to fire one of their subcontractors, Sergio. The guy did not follow simple instructions and Bill fired him and got a new crew out to paint the house and it turned out great. I’m glad Bill and his management team handled these complex repairs and issues so I didn’t have to. I respect a guy who doesn’t tolerate poor work or poor attitudes from his staff. It took courage to fire this guy Sergio and his underperforming painters and bring in an entirely new crew and get the job done right. We are proud to recommend Perma Clean!!

This company does great work! They completely overhauled the exterior of my home. It started with the roof and exterior being restored and washed. During that process we found rotten wood in the trim that I did not know about. Everything was repaired and the exterior was completely repainted. They even fixed damaged brick and mortar in my driveway. I’m impressed and would recommend this company to anyone needing help with their home. Thanks PermaClean!!!

This company does an AMAZING job! Our roof was nasty looking and now looks new. The sides of our home look fresh and they ran some type of a machine over our pool deck and driveway. My house looks brand new again. We live in Tanglewood and many of our neighbors have had this service done by PermaClean. Thank you PermaClean!!
