Great Windows! Love them!!but we still have dripping on the entrance of the house. We will like to add gutters there but the company made it seem they did not wanted to waste material just to add a small portion of them.Also the young gentleman Raymond Perez that did the presentation was there for over 6 hours and did not leave until 1am!!! Few weeks later he used my private information to add me on social media told me some inappropriate things and wanted to take me out! I just think that was very unprofessional!!!

This is my second project with Power Home Remodeling and I HIGHLY recommend them for your windows and sliding glass doors. They are not the cheapest but it’s worth the warranty and the amazing installation experience. You won’t regret going with these guys. Super professional, they even vacuumed the areas when they were done. Kevin was a very thorough and helpful salesman. David and his crew were fabulous! Thank you all!

All my windows (15) were removed and replaced in one day just as I was told. The crew took great care to protect my home, covered everything, including the floors. Afterwards, they cleaned up so we'll that I couldn't even tell they had been there. Excellent work! I'm more than pleased with my new windows and their professional work..highly recommend them.

My experience with Power Home was exceptional from start to finish. My wife and I are extremely happy with the job Power did replacing all 39 of our original 30+ year old single pane windows. The sales team (Daniel and Jaylin) explained their product thoroughly answering all of our questions. They took the time to show us several nearby installations and we were able to talk to one of the homeowners. We wanted new double pane windows primarily to reduce road noise from Reseach Forest. We also wanted to stop dust and dirt from depositing on the window sill as well as better thermal efficiency. Their windows are made by Pella and their price was competitive. We were willing to pay a premium for top quality but we wanted a reasonable price. Taylor did the final measurements and every window fit perfectly. Jose and his team did an excellent job installing the windows in two days. The placed tarps inside and out to catch all of debris. At the end of day one, they cleaned up and vacuumed everywhere. The QA manager, Steve, came to the house on the first day at lunch to make sure that there were no issues. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with at Power was friendly and professional. The windows are beautiful and we’re thrilled with noise reduction. The house is so quiet now. Be sure to include Power on your bid list. You won’t regret it.

Anna was a great sales woman and made some high promises. We agreed to get all 40 of our windows replaced and set up a date. We downloaded the power plus app and began getting updates immediately on the progress of the project so we never felt out of the loop. The crew arrived on time and let us know their plan to begin upstairs. They knocked out the project in 2 days and KEPT EVERYTHING SOO CLEAN which is huge because we have pets and a baby who’s crawling. Jose was the project superintendent and was very communicative and again I was just so impressed with how clean everything stayed. Drop cloths inside and out and no stray glass. Not too shabby for a two day project with about 75% done day one. Not like your family handy man who out stays his welcome. Thanks so much y’all just so impressed!! Windows look awesome such an upgrade.

He showed us how our windows would be installed and the difference between the old glass compared to the new glass of the windows. Our installation crew lead by Riley did an amazing job coming in with a game plan , and letting me know what was going on and how long the process was gonna be. Finally completed my windows and attic insulation with Power Home Remodeling. I’ve used them three times. Not a delay on their part, but mine, since I am a cheap man.Power came to my door a few years back, and normally I dismiss door to door sales, but they caught my attention that day, because we had just gone through the apocalyptic Texas Freeze.Round 1 was 6 windows, but 2 of them were large so they classified as 4. Once done, I could feel that they helped a lot with insulation.Round 2, about 8 months later. Diamond windows across the front of my home. 13 total. They were much pricier, but the end result was totally worth it.Round 3, last 11 windows. I had three "special case" windows. 3 second floor windows were double installs, meaning a window inside, and a 10" box space with another window attached outside. This made for a challenge with my install. Several visits were made to review and determine the best approach to ensure the install was done correct. They did a great job. The new windows look like they were designed that way from the original build. (see image 3 with the two windows side by side). My only regret with this round was they changed manufacturers, (they use Pella now). The windows are superb quality and appearance, but the color is just not the same. I love the windows, but not excited about the color variance. (You can see the difference in the front of house picture and other two posted). They almost look black, and really do contrast. Not Powers fault, I should have completed the project sooner. They still look great.Since I was a repeat customer, I was able to lock in a low APR for financing, which helps a lot. I decided to have my attic completely enclosed and insulated as well. I can feel a HUGE difference in my home now, and wish I did that long ago.I am so happy with Power and can't recommend them enough. The crew who installed are all professional, courteous and very thorough. They watch out for the cleanliness and protection of your home and leave no mess at all. All three of my jobs were large, and all three were completed within one day. The Quality Control Manager who came onsite this third round was the best. We laughed and talked about the home and random other things, and he worked out a great deal for me to get my two backdoors replaced as well. They are original to the home, which I regret losing, but they simply cannot keep the drafts from coming and going. Plus before I owned the home, one was kicked in and the frame is not as solid as it used to be. The other was installed around the wood framing, directly attached to the walls inside my living room, so it needs to be custom removed and installed around the custom framed wood walls. I had carpenters come look and those who came said they can't fix the existing doors, that they needed to be replaced to do it right, which meant a lot of $$. I didn't want to lose the original doors, so I kept things as they've been for years, but am biting the bullet now and just doing it. I had to remove all bushes in front of my house in order get my Diamond Windows in on the second round of installsThe trim around my front windows sticks out and allows the second floors windows DIRECTLY above them to drip onto the trim when it rains, making an annoying tapping sound. This is the design of the home, not an installation or product issue. I’m so happy we decided to go with Power for our windows, the whole process was very well explained to us and the installation was better than we expected. Great quality work, very professional. The windows are the best in the industry and you can see the value from the moment they were installed. One thing that I think can be improved is we got a tint or a non see through window for a bathroom window and having options on what the tint texture looks like would be cool. Ours was kind of like small bubble tint which I’ve gotten use too but having what the actual tint texture looked like would be a cool option. Don't fall for the hype their salesmen sell. This company is just a brand that does everything third party from buying their parts and hiring their workers. First I had a really bad install, while my windows were in the caulking work done around my house was horrible and unprofessional. I ordered my windows a specific way and was told multiple times that they would be brought to me that way and it has now been almost 3 months and they can't get the windows right because their "third party distributor" keeps messing up.Putting the blame on another party instead of taking responsibility. They had multiple chances to ensure that the windows they received were correct and they continued to waste their installers time and my time by coming out to my house with the wrong windows, TWO TIMES.All the while I have supposedly already "scheduled" they come and fix my caulking and they still haven't done it as far as I know. Their unprofessional work on my window install, and overall incompetence in ORDERING A WINDOW is not worth the almost 12K I am paying them. Stay away from Power Home and find yourself a company that will do quality work and order an item correctly. If you're gonna pay exorbitant prices, you might as well get the job done well.

In One Word FREAKING AMAZING!!! So very happy I found Power Home and Pella Windows my home looks simply beautiful and everything from the Sales and Installation team to The Quality Assurance Manager who came through at the finish to ensure I was happy with the work and found something that the sales team left out and said the company can do it and it would tie everything together nicely and get it a more finished look (I agreed) and then made me a great deal. 2 times I have tried to get an estimate set up by people randomly knocking on my door soliciting sales. 2 times I've scheduled. 2 times they have called and said someone was on the way. 2 times they have called back and said they overbooked and have to reschedule MY appointment. 2 times they never called back to reschedule. Will gladly spend my money with someone else. Sad because the associates soliciting sales have been really nice people.
