While my roof looks amazing.. I have had the contractors contacting me non stop to get in touch with Brian at Premier regarding payment. It feels awful to be stuck in the middle and he is no where to be found. On top of this, he has received the full check from the insurance and he initially told the roofers that he could not pay them because he was waiting for the money from my insurance.. which he had already cashed.The roofers worked VERY HARD and deserve to be paid.In addition, I have reached out to the owner multiple times now asking for a copy of the warranty or a receipt and he will not respond.Service: Roof installation

Do not use this company! The owner Brian Barnett is extremely shady and a crook! He does not insure even his work vehicles. He hit me and gave me fake insurance information. I was forced to use my insurance for uninsured motorist and pay out of pocket for deductibles. Stay clear of him! He doesn’t pay his contractors either even after receiving full payments from insurance companies.

Brian the owner answered my call every time or returned my call within minutes. Brian and Clayton worked with my insurance inspector to make sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely use them again.Service: Roof installation
