Took over 6 months to work on a new roof for a two-car detached garage. Demolition went well. However, they attempted to install incorrect roofing panels and I had to stop them so they could order the correct panels, which led to a series of monthly delays and excuses. Salesman left for another company in middle of job. Workers mostly unsupervised during installation. Installed improper plumbing vent. Would not correct work in a timely manner -- more excuses and delays. Finally had to hire another roofing company to complete the job properly.

Prime installed a TPO roofing system which required coordination with other contractors; HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical and a Roofing Consultant. The team worked exceptionally well together to provide an amazing outcome. Carlos kept us in the loop throughout the project and was very detailed covering the entire project. Any time an issue arose it was taken care of as required. Weather was a factor throughout the process; however the actual time to complete the project was within the contract limits. Thank you. Immediately after Hurricane Laura, I not only had a new roof, but was able to have my home repaired by Texas Metal within a few weeks. Alberto was very helpful throughout the design and installation process. The finished product is simply great. We have received so many complements from neighbors and passers by as to how the appearance of the whole house has improved. BEWARE. They also own a realty company and will produce phony roof estimates towards a home seller, for the financial gain of their client (home buyer).Their realtor at Prime Texas Properties/Realtors Jessica Miranda was representing the buyer of my home- and she produced a phony estimate on the roof of the home I was selling for 3K in “repairs & maintenance” to try to con me into coming down on the price of the home or allowing 3k in confessions for the buyer.1. I’m not dumb. I know what maintenance on a roof cost, and I also know I could have gotten a whole NEW roof for a little more than that “repair & maintenance” price.2. They didn’t know that I own the property next door and have security cameras set up facing the home that was being sold. I reviewed the cameras and no one ever came out to physically look at the roof for the estimate they prepared.3. I called the company and asked if could quote based on pictures and they told me no.4. I had the roof maintenanced by my own roofer on a Friday, and when I called and asked THIS company when they supposedly checked the roof to prepare their estimate- they told me on Saturday morning. That’s the morning AFTER maintenance had already been done. So how on earth did they come up with this amount when the work was already done?? Well...because as stated above- they never actually came out. And also as stated above, they don’t quote based on pictures, so they would have needed to physically come out and check to produce this quote.

I can't say enough about this company! The roof on my mom's house was damaged pretty badly and she couldn't afford to have it replaced, so I contacted Prime and explained the situation. Since my mom lives alone and is kinda elderly, they sent out a woman to inspect her roof so my mom will feel comfortable! Turns out that the entire thing was covered by insurance and my mom didn't even know! Long story short, completely new roof, looks soooo much better, and it's one less thing to worry about since we're selling the house. This company really made the whole process easy peasy for us. Honest to God, I don't know what we would've done without you guys. THANK YOU!!!!

Response to Kala Gamblin (Review from 2 weeks ago)1) I do not work for Prime Texas Metal Roofs; therefore, I have no access to their systems in order to generate "phony" estimates or pricing, etc.2) The quote was for a roof maintenance and the installation of gutters highly recommended by the inspector and Prime Texas Metal Roofs3) My due diligence was to the buyer (my client) who purchased the home you were selling.4) You were rightfully given the option to make repairs OR not and to choose the vendor at your own discretion.5)We successfully closed on the transaction. At the end of it all, you sold a home to my client and my client walked away extremely satisfied with my services. Not only did she walk away with the home of her first choice but equity as well!
