I can honestly say that if you need a new roof for your house you really need to contact Priority Roofing for the job! John Jackson made the whole process flow so smooth that you feel as if you are the only customer that they have. The communication throughout the whole process was awesome, John made sure we were informed with any new information, changes or possible delays and he advocates for you when dealing with the insurance. There is no doubt that John saved us lots of head ache and heart ache by dealing with the insurance rather than leaving it to us.On the day of removal/installation, John Jackson was there and available if any questions arose and Mike Hamilton, the Project Manager was there to make sure that process went as it should. Daniel Rodriguez brought in his crew and they were phenomenal! They took great care of the yard by covering the grass and shrubs, they protected the air conditioner units from any debris that may fall, they even carefully removed cameras that were attached to the eaves to protect them from possible damage.Once the old roof was removed, they inspected the decking and any wood associated with the roof, and I did need some wood and decking boards replaced which was immediately replaced.The most amazing part was that not only did they complete the whole job in that one day, they cleaned everything so clean that there was absolutely no debris left to be found. Mike Hamilton performed random inspections throughout the process and performed a thorough final inspection once the work was complete.The new roof is excellent! Looks as good as when we had the house built.Fortunately I will not be needing a new roof any time soon however, if I buy another/new house, I would absolutely not hesitate in calling John Jackson and Priority Roofing for the job and making sure that he has Daniel Rodriguez and his crew replace the roof.These guys and Priority Roofing actually made this a very stress free and enjoyable experience by treating you as if you're family.Overall, it was such a great experience from start to finish, the sincerity and professionalism that everyone I dealt with was outstanding, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I am so glad that I chose Priority Roofing for the job.I know you don't know me from Adam but, I highly recommend Priority Roofing for the job, make sure you deal with John Jackson and ask specifically for Daniel Rodriguez and is his crew for the installation. Hopefully you'll have Mike Hamilton as your Project Manager too.

Amazing company!!! Priority Roofing is the way to go! I didn't know anything about how my roofing systems worked and to be honest my roof was the last thing I ever thought about. When I talked to Aristeo Medina, he explained the whole process to me and how properly ventilating a roof can greatly increase the life of it was very intriguing.
