We were very happy with the quality of work and the professional workmanship Punum Roofing provided for us. It took them 1 1/2 days to put our roof on and throughout each day they cleaned everything up and keeping our property looking nice. The team doing the job were respectful and hard working. Cody was very detailed in explaining our options and the products. He took time to review the ventilation in our attic that needed to be corrected to keep the flow of air moving which will help our attic to keep cooler meaning lower electric bills. We are highly satisfied and will recommend them to friends and family.

Outstanding !!!!!We had a leak in our roof for years. We had multiple roofing companies try to fix the problem. We spent thousands of dollars with no results. We were so frustrated!My friend recommended Punum roofing. They went above and beyond to find the problem. They crawled up into a small place in our attic and identified the problem. They repaired the area quickly and effectively!We have now are leak free thanks to Punum Roofing! I will never use another company again. This company is the best! There are many roofing companies in this area, but none as good as Punum Roofing. I have used them for many years. They have now replaced two roofs for me at my home, and numerous repairs when needed. John Walsh and Michal have done a fabulous job for me. I called Patrick from Punum roofing to repair couple of shingles and roof leak couple of years back and I was impressed with the efficiency and Pricing of his services. When it was time to replace my roof , I called Patrick again and the quote I received was the lowest among 5-6 roofers. Since I knew his work, I went ahead and setup a time frame for roof replacement . Patrick and the team replaced the roof with the highest quality shingles , ridge vents, Drip edges and completed the job in 2 days. I was so impressed with the work and also the follow up . I even requested him to add new intake vents and he did it without any hesitation. I chose 3 reputable, certified companies to quote a replacement roof, which was not covered by insurance. While all quotes were similar, only one roofer took the time to walk my roof and provide pictures of damage, offered to patch holes while I worked on how to come up with money not budgeted, didn't try to push me towards shingles on hand, and was willing to answer my many questions. Due to weather constraints and guest activity in my home, the project was worked around my complicated schedule. Crew were respectful and worked diligently ( kudos to Hippo and team) - with such a large roof, and steep pitches, this took several days. Patrick Walsh was always on site and last to leave. He is a genuinely nice person and passionate about doing a great job. At the end of the project, he and I walked roof and only after I gave it my stamp of approval did they call the job finished. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Punum Roofing and Patrick Walsh. Punum roofing replaced my entire roof August 2022 after an act of vandalism had caused severe damage to previous roof. Punum's service is impeccable. Cody and Patrick explained the process and answered all my questions regarding replacement of this roof. Cody was attentive to the whole process, provided straight forward answers to questions. The team arrived promptly, cleaned up and removed debris as they went along, were protective of the lawn and the house as they worked.The completed roof is far superior to my former roof in quality and look. It is beautiful. The roofers were polite snd considerate of the property. Cody and Patrick constantly demonstrated honesty and high levels of integrity throughout the roof replacement.I highly recommend Punum for roof maintenance and roof replacement. Tim and his team replaced our roof August of 2021 and they did such an amazing job. We recently purchased a large build it yourself shed and I called the only team I trust when it comes to roofing. They did such an amazing job. This job was obviously much smaller than the actual house/building projects they normally do, but they treated it with just as much care, cleanliness, professionalism, design and concern as if it were an expensive large roofing project. They even installed additional commercial ventilation to keep the lawn equipment protected from excess heat! We had a really tight timeline in getting the roofing replaced during a major remodel project. We were thankfully referred to Punam Roofing. Patrick was very responsive in providing options and a detailed estimate. He was very knowledgeable in responding to questions and said they could commit to the tight timeline. We had compared estimates with other companies and decided to go with Punam as they were highly rated and knowledgeable. Both my husband and I are very familiar with roofing and wanted to ensure we had a quality installation.Patrick provided a start date and had good communication when the date had to move due to several days of stormy weather. The Punam crew came as scheduled and had the old roofing off and new roofing back on in 2 days. The crew was very courteous and professional, and very efficient. On Friday, 9/15/2023 with the heavy rains and strong winds, the roof became leaking. I called Patrick at 5:00 PM and he answered the phone ( on the first ring). I informed him of the problem…. He came to my home the next day, punctual, and repaired the roof.Patrick is the best expert in roofing…. Very knowledgeable and smart. He provided excellent service and helpful advice. He has impeccable integrity, transparency, kindness, accountability, and accessibility. I was able to reach him on the phone with the first call. Our house is about 6 years old and solar panels 2 years old. We only noticed water leaking from our AC vent during heavy storms and found it dripping along a beam in the attic leading from an area where our solar panels were installed. I made a warranty request with our solar company who referred me to Punum Roofing. Michael has been great! He called me the same day, came out faster than expected and early. He was able to locate and fix our problem in less than an hour (I’m sure this time would vary for others depending on what is needed). I was told prices are fair and service is great. I’m glad I can attest to that with my experience (even my discerning father-in-law approves and was pleased with the results). We will definitely let all friends and family know who our new awesome roofing guy is.

They put a roof on my house almost 14+ years ago and it had held up well. Recently likely due to some wind/storm damage or debris getting up under shingles, we developed a few leaks. They came out found the leaks and repaired them. I've been pleased with their services. Unlike some roofing companies they don't come out and just tell you they need to re-roof your whole house. Punum Roofing has got to be the best company around Houston. They were recommended to me and I am so happy they were. Michael and John have helped me on a few occasions from initial inspection to ultimately getting a new roof and re-inspecting after storms. Most recently after the hail storm, they did not give up and found the solution to an issue I had with a leak and fixed the issue. They know what they are doing and are highly professional. After learning we had defective shingles, we learned from our builder that Punum Roofing had done our original roof. We contacted them initially to get our proof of purchase (by the builder) from 9yrs ago and were pleasantly surprised they had all the paperwork we needed to file our claim for the shingle warranty. Once we were approved to replace our roof (via shingle warranty) we contacted three roofers in our area to bid the job. Punum was the only one that had any knowledge of the warranty process with the shingle company. They were quick and easy to schedule and provided all the necessary upgrades for the windstorm inspection to get our certificate. They did the job in one day and cleaned up the area well.
