Rainproof Roofing completed asphalt shingle roof replacement in April 2021. They also go by the name of Rice Roofers.Juan Alvarez from Rainproof coordinated the process from initial estimate to final review of work. Juan was very responsive to address follow-up questions and clarifications. The process was very smooth and efficient. The estimate was sufficiently detailed and clear for scope of work. The team that did the work came on time with the correct materials, performed their job as a team and completed the work in a day. I noticed a leak on our ceiling on the 2nd floor of our two-story townhouse. Just 5-1/2 years ago, our entire roof was reshingled, and all bad decking boards were replaced by another installer. We had Rainproof Roofing LLC come out to determine the cause of the leak, and lo and behold, it was a couple of warped sheets of plywood, right over the ceiling leak, due to improper installation from the previous installer (you can't see this part of the roof from the street). Rainproof showed me the photos, and since we had a GAF warranty, told me what to do to make a claim with GAF. GAF handled it professionally, with no dispute and no cost, and Rainproof came out 3 days later to replace the bad decking and the rest over it, before the next rain came.Service: Roof repair
