Our insurance company fought paying us out for over a year on getting our roof replaced. Jake was very patient and provided so much assistance with ensuring we were happy and got everything that we needed. He went above and beyond what any roofing company would have even come close to providing!! His team was quick and finished our roof in 1.5 days, everything looks amazing. Very very professional and could not recommend enough! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at roofing services, you can't go wrong with Republic Roof!

At every step of our gutter improvement, new roof installation, and Attic Breeze installation, I received nothing but top notch service from Jake and his crew. Life would be so much easier if Jake could do all of my house repairs. I wish Jake and his crew nothing but the best.

Jake and his team at Republic Roof Systems did an outstanding job throughout the process of replacing my son's roof and installing solar-powered attic vents. My son recently purchased a home and the roof was only about 8 years old and appeared to be in good condition, but during recent rain storms we found the roof leaking in numerous locations. Jake conducted a thorough inspection of the roof and found that the leaks were caused by the roofing nails that were rusted and disintegrating because the wrong nails had been used. Jake prepared a proposal to replace the roof and provided options for enhancing the attic ventilation system, including solar-powered vents for which the cost can be offset by federal tax credits. The installation crew showed up on time, was very professional and did a high quality job on the installation and removed all construction debris. Republic Roof Systems repaired my roof following some water leakage during Tropical Storm Beta. Jake and Rider were incredibly professional and extremely responsive, and were very helpful during the storm instructing us on what we could do to prevent further damage and lower repair costs. Jake and Rider were so professional. They were on time and very honest with what we needed and how much we have to spend. They gave us several options and they were all fair prices. Republic did an outstanding job on our roof, removing old shingles and layers of felt underlayment, replacing rotted decking and several damaged vents to meet current code, and installing a solar-powered attic fan. The crew worked non-stop for ten hours and finished the job in one day, leaving the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived, even vacuuming a small amount of debris in the attic. Jake Terrell oversaw the project from beginning to end, detailing options in the initial proposal, explaining the process, and remaining in constant contact to make sure all was going well and to our satisfaction. Republic Roof Systems was a joy and solid to work with. Their sales quotes were on time and competitive. Their promptness coming to our home after being hired never wavered. Their ability to work on the roof of a 100 year old home with a Dutch Colonial architecture (very steep grade like a barn roof) was never a challenge for them. Rider, the site manager/marketing specialist, never tried to upsell us therefore earning our trust as truly caring to do what's right for us. And, finally, the plethora of colors available for our new gutters allowed for them to perfectly match the paint on our siding. Republic were the ONLY roofers Yelp referred to me who met every promise and every expectation.Every appointment was kept (not so with the other roofing companies). Good use of technology to prepare their estimate. Republic cost less than I expected to pay. Republic's suggestion of a solar powered exhaust fan will save me money. Insurance company didn't like that repairs were done by someone who owns his own business, writes receipts. This company came out on short notice to provide "licensed" contractor verification that work was properly done.
