Darin was amazing to work with from start to finish. Especially when challenging "Every"State Insurance Company, who denied the original roof damage claim (despite pictures of the hail, hail around the house, the visible damage) and delayed at every step. Darin was versed in the process necessary to fight the insurance company's denial with a 3rd party and receive a claim that would replace the existing roof with one of the highest quality, truly a blessing. When dealing with contractors and large sums of money it is stressful. However, it is reassuring to find a contractor that operates with integrity. I will recommend Roosevelt to friends and family.

Roosevelt General Contracting did an excellent job working with my insurance company to get my hail damaged roof replaced. Getting insurance to cover hail damage can be difficult but they were patient and persistent working with me and the insurance company to finally getting it approved. They performed the roof replacement quickly and professionally and the roof looks great with no issues. I highly recommend Roosevelt General Contracting.

Roosevelt General Contracting build a flat roof on our condominium complex. After a month we had leaking and after 3 years we have had to replace the roof. We have had an engineering report that documents that we need to replace the roof three years after they put the roof on. Eighty percent of our units have had leaking and several condos have had a portion of their ceiling collapse due to rain. It has been a nightmare for us.

Roosevelt General Contracting replaced the roof on a condo building and did the most horrible job. They did not properly install the roof on a flat building and in the process, they broke several HVACs. We had ongoing issues for several months and they eventually began ignoring our calls. We now have severe leaks in several units from the recent rain. One homeowner had to move out temporarily. We have since involved an attorney because the work is supposed to be under warranty. It’s really become one giant headache and a complete mess. I do not recommend this roofing company.

The work was done in a timely manner with the workers arriving on time (it was a two day job) My roof has several pitches due to decorative detail and they made the roof pop by paying attention to the details. They cleaned up quite nicely before leaving There was some interior water damage due to a leak in the roof that they took care of as well. The painters arrived, taped, moved and covered everything before proceding with the work. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up before leavingI would certainly use them again if the need arises. They sell you on a 2-year workmanship warranty, but when you try to have them fix a workmanship issue - like exposed nails, missing flashing, and the shingles sitting on top of the fascia board - they refuse to address it and claim the warranty is only for "leaks". That is not what the contract states, so essentially it is a bait and switch. Do not use this company or you'll be left to pay someone else to fix their sub-par work.EDIT - Notice in the response below they do not address the exposed nails, missing flashing, and fascia board issues - all things noted by an inspector that needed to be fixed. No it's not leaking, however that doesn't change the fact that I'm going to have to pay another company to fix the things they didn't do right the first time.Service: Roof installation

Doorbell rang and a young guy said that Roosevelt was in my hood replacing roofs. He then asked if it was interested in the same. I hesitantly agreed and set up an appt for the following Saturday at 2pm for an estimate. Saturday comes and at 2pm a guy rings my doorbell and gives me the same spiel. I replied that THAT is exactly what I expected at 2pm. Turns out he is another door ringer for Roosevelt. 10 min later another man rings and he is here to give me my estimate, but doesn't have a ladder... So we set up another appt. 3 days later, BUT no one shows up. No calls. No email. Total flake operation.
