First off If like to say that this company went above and beyond with getting a new roof on our house. We worked directly with Salina Jordan and let me tell you she is a straight shooter and there is no messing around when she is in charge. Our case was unique in that we had to go through 3 inspections and they kept turning us away. Salina Jordan reassured us we had damage to all 4 sides of the roof. We started our claim at the time when insurance companies got bombarded with claims for hail damage and they started turning claims down. Salina Jordan climbed on our roof several times taking more pictures and pressing through on our claim. Salina Jordan went as far as getting a mediator involved to put pressure on our home owners insurance company. Salina Jordan deserves some incredible recognition for knowledge in this field and fighting until the end and winning this claim for us. We will forever be so grateful to Salina Jordan and Serenity Roofing & Construction. The working crew did an amazing job on our roof and their cleanup was as if nothing had ever happened. Thank you all so much for taking such excellent care of us.

We had very pleased experience with Serenity, especially big thanks to their project manager Lee Rawls. Early this year, my house experienced hail damage and Lee helped with inspection, collecting photos and supporting documents for my claim. He is professional, always on time or 5 mins earlier, give us head-up notification, communicate with us via email/text promptly, using drone to take photo of my roof from various angles. There were multiple back-and-forth with my insurance regarding my claim, Lee was able to stay with us all the way through and gave professional advices till we settled the claim. Large company expanding to Austin. Had my roof in Cedar Park replaced after June 2023 hail storm. No money up front, extremely profession, guided us through the claims process, everything was completed on time, Quality products with Warranty's and the completed roof looked better than the original. My family and I were unaware that we had weather damage present on our roof. Our roofer and project manager, Blake Rowe, was patient, responsive, and extremely helpful with the roof replacement. This was my first time working with our insurance, and Blake helped us by explaining the paperwork with us and making sure that we fully understood the entire process. Our new roof looks amazing and Blake's team did an amazing job with the replacement and the clean-up afterward. Walter and the rest of the staff at Serenity were great. Our roof was torn up in a hailstorm, but they responded quickly, were very transparent throughout the process and kept us up to date on the entire project from inspection/estimate and prep to the build and follow-up after the fact. When we sold our house a few months later, I worked with the office on some warranty-related questions for our buyer, and they were helpful through that process as well.
