I have been on the fence about getting solar for several years. I’ve talked to a former student of mine, Jeremy Carter, who owns a solar and roofing company in Houston several times about it. Well I finally took the leap and I wish I had done it sooner. It has been a seamless process. Since his company Sienna Roofing and Solar LLC is out of Houston. It made more sense to have his buddies company Capital Energy out of Phoenix do the installation. Let me tell you, these guys were professional from the get go. I was extremely impressed with their work and would recommend them anyday.

We connected with Jeremy Carter at Sienna Solar and he walked us through the entire Solar Process. He was extremely relatable and had a vast knowledge and years of experience which made us feel comfortable going forward. I felt like he had our best interest at heart and when we had questions was able to answer them thoroughly. Even the install went seamless and the solar panels matched our roof so even friends barely noticed them. They look complimentary to our home. Update: Another six+ months have gone by with no resolution. We were asked to remove our review (below) last summer in exchange for making things right with our solar system. Trees were eventually trimmed and there was zero improvement in the performance of the system. Buyer beware.Original review: A terrible experience, so far, with their solar division (previously Imperial Solar). Our system took incredibly long to get turned on because of a mistake that the installer and/or designer made. After a year of paying for the system and us personally getting involved with CenterPoint to try and determine what the holdup was, our system was finally turned on. We then found out that trees on the property still have not been trimmed as promised (and paid for) and the system is producing about half of the energy that it is designed to (accoding to our salesperson). This system is now costing us more money each month and not saving us any as originally promised. We understand that the solar division was going through business challenges and we have been extremely patient. It has been nearly 1.5 years, though, and we can't keep waiting on more happy talk, unreturned phone calls/emails/texts, and more empty promises of solutions to come.

We selected Sienna Roofing over other bidders for the reasonable price, professional and high-quality work they offered to install new roofing system. Upon our request, Andre and his partner Brian Immediately came to inspect our roof sent us a project proposal overnight with detailed description of materials, work steps and contents involved in the project as well as Warrent information. After discussing the project with them in person and accepting their proposal, they scheduled the project work right way in earliest date allowed.
