Great 1st impression that left me feeling reassured and very pleased. But it was overall disappointing and I hate to post this. They required payment up front and then never followed up to issues. Matetials left behind, installation caused recsesed lighting to come out, wasn't informed nails would be visible and items should be removed or covered in the attic. What a mess. The owner said he would return to confirm job was completed and walk the attic. Never happened. The vendor for power washing actually left our house in the middle to do our neighbor's house and never returned.Yes, roof installed which is most important but all else was disappointing. Last contact with the owner who asked to call me and make things right. Never heard from him. Concerns me if I ever have issues with the roof.
