The owner Gerardo is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about roofing. Instead of insisting I replace my whole roof like other roofers did, he noticed that maintenance was all that was needed and that my roof still had life in it. I highly recommend him, the cost was reasonable as well. I attached before and after photos of the work.

I had a great experience with Tactic Roofing & more, Gerardo explained everything about the process in detail! He was able to schedule time to inspect my roof within a day of me contacting & he even came out while the Insurance Inspector was on-site to ensure the inspection was thorough and it helped tremendously I was able to get my whole roof replaced instead of just a partial replacement!He went above and beyond to ensure I had all my questions answered! I really wanted to write this review to let everyone know what a great experience I just had with my roofing contractor Gerardo and his company Tactic Roofing & More.Taking on such a large and expensive project can be extremely daunting and stressful. As well I have had my fair share of dealing with contractors who appeared to be competent and then turned out to be quite the opposite.But Gerardo and his crew made this a pleasant experience. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. Within five minutes of watching the crew prepare on day 1, I knew I was in good hands. They all went right to work with the military procession of a team that has obviously been doing this for a while.From the start Gerardo was great. He never rushed me, explained every phase and what to expect, and came in with the best-priced quote as well. He documented everything with photos from the beginning until the end. Gerardo is the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. He explained everything in great detail and I was blown away at his knowledge and work ethic. He has a great team that handled replacing and painting our homes fascia boards with care and skill as if it was their own homes. Gera and his entire team, at Tactic Roof, did a superb job installing a new roof on my house. Extremely professional and very easy to deal with. Not only did they install a new roof, but all the damage due to water was fixed properly. They also repaired damage to the chimney and bathroom vent. The prices are honest and fair. I can really write a book about Gerardo and his crew., but I will keep it short and sweet. First off all he's nice and very prompt. His guys started immediately at 730ish and they kept going until around 1ish in the afternoon. They job was done around 4ish. The crew that he had either waved or smiled and I like that because it shows they're approachable and very hardworking young men. Gerardo kept me informed of everything that they were doing and I appreciate that. His service, and price was as top notch as it could get!!! The crew cleaned up very well and protected my shrubs.
