Due to a severe thunderstorm, my roof was damaged by the strong winds as were adjacent neighbor's roofs. Several (5-7) roofing contractors surveyed the damaged homes and stop by leaving their sales material. Mr. Jorge Sosa approached me one evening and discussed what he could do to assist me during this process. After briefly talking with Mr. Sosa, I felt a sense of relief and put my trust in his ability to deliver the product and services. He explained the different styles, colors and manufacturers of roofing shingles. Mr. Sosa also assisted with discussing the issues with my TWIA adjuster. Mr. Sosa choose the appropriate color and removed the damaged roof and installed my new engineered shingle on the same day. No cleanup was needed. He would send me photos of the progress each step of the way so you weren't left wondering how things were coming along. You were given the peace of mind and I was able to concentrate on other task knowing it wa being handled. The shingles look terrific and I honestly couldn't be happier. Mr. Sosa is extremely professional, didn't push one bit for the money (it took longer than expected for the check to clear) and was always there to answer ANY questions I may have. I would refer to Tejas Heritage to all my friends and family. This company goes the extra mile and takes pride in their work. The crew arrived promptly at our agreed hour and finished on time, if not a little before. Tarp was laid around the entire house to catch nails and debris, along with one of their crew members rolling a magnet wheel around the lawn to pick up the remaining debris. They also updated my roof's ventilation system and replaced the trimming around the house to give everything a fresh, clean look. I got five estimates from local roofers, and Tejas Heritage gave the best warranty and estimate. This is an A+ company that gives the best service on every tier.
