The previous owners of our home had Texans Home Improvements replace their roof after a storm over a year ago. We recently purchased the house and had a small leak show up during heavy wind and rain. We called Texans Home Improvements and they came out, immediately found the source of the leak, and repaired it under warranty. Humberto was friendly, thorough, and easy to work with. I recently used Texans Home improvement for roof replacement due to storm damage. They did an excellent job assisting me processmy insurance claim and replacing the damaged roof. Their work crew were skilled, professional and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner and the post job cleanup was also done thoroughly. Most importantly, Texans Home Improvement guaranteed their work and honored the warranty. There were minor issues after the job was completed and the company quickly and efficiently resolved those issues with no questions asked. I am glad to recommend Texans Home Improvement as an excellent, honest and reliable company. I would use them again (with no hesitation) with any of my home improvement needs.6/1/20: I recently contacted Texans Home Improvements regarding issues with my roof. Keep in mind that this is almost 5 years after the roof was installed. They made multiple trips to my house to address the problems. The staff was always quick to respond and the owners actually came to my residents and resolved my issues. They stand behind their work and do not consider the problem resolved until the customer express his/her satisfaction. My recommendation is that anyone who needs to repair or replace a roof give Texas Home Improvement a call. Texans Home Improvement do great work, their workforce is skilled, and they believe that the best customer is a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Texans Home Improvement as a result of my first hand experience.

Back when hurricane Harvey happened we were one of many that were in need of a new roof. The Guerrero Brothers, owners of Texans Home Improvement Company were amazing in our time of need. They came in and put a new roof on our home and my parents with professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency that was unbelievable.Fast forward 3.5 years later. I called them with what I thought was an issue with the roof. Who shows up? Well not a crew or just any guys, the owners themselves. They came in and took care of my issue which was in the end ***NOT*** a mess up of their roofing work. They made quick work of my issue and more. These two men displayed a level of work that has to be why and how their people work in the same manor. Here's the kicker of the whole thing. I'm at least 2.5 hours away from their place of business in Houston, TX way down in Victoria, TX out in the country. So when and if you need a new roof, repair on a roof, siding, or painting I highly recommend the Guerrero Brothers from TEXANS HOME IMPROVEMENT! I just want to say my hats off to the Guerrero Brothers and Texans Home Improvement.

From the very beginning, during and completely through to the end, Texans Home Improvements was there for us. Explaining the process of replacing the roof and what to expect from our insurance company was so helpful since we had just been hit by a hurricane and chaos had begun. The way they communicated with our insurance company and followed through step by step, we couldn't have asked for better. The work they did replacing our roof was done timely and now we have a beautiful, great quality roof. They did not require any money until the work was complete, we were satisfied and we had received all insurance money. They were very professional and we are so thankful to have been able to work with them. We had roof damage from Hurricane Laura and Texans Home Improvement inspected my roof and came back when my insurance inspector arrived. They did good work and were very professional. They worked well with me and the insurance company to get my roof repaired. There was a small leak at the chimney that I noticed during another storm and they came back to make repairs under the warranty even though I am 2 hours away from their normal home base. Texans Home Improvements are highly recommended. They repaired a leak that my builder had failed to repair with 3 attempts. As well they came to the rescue (same day) after a tree fell from high winds and damaged my roof. The repair was done in a matter of hours.They are very professional, very thorough, and have the skill set to fix your roof. Thank you for taking care of my nagging problem.

This contractor is very efficient and has top-notch customer service. The company is very responsive to any questions or concerns. I live two hours away, and when I had a question about my roof, the contractor came to my home the next day no questions asked. I have used many different contractors through out the years some good some not so good. But I will say that Texans home improvements have been by far the best company I’ve ever used. They showed up on time each day completed the project on time and under budget. Art is a really great guy he does not try to blow smoke he does not tell you one thing and does another. He does not try to sell you something you don’t need. In the times that we live in today it’s very hard to find an honest contractor I feel like I’ve hit pay dirt by finding art in Texans home improvements. They will perform many more projects for me over the coming years thank you Art for the hard work and the house looks great.I would highly recommend them.

Artemio with Texans Home Improvement took care of a warranty issue for a complete roof replacement he performed over a year ago for the previous home owner. The great customer service was apparent when he never questioned the transfer of ownership; he simply stood behind his work. He even climbed on a steep roof in the rain to add chalking to vent penetration. He had the right shoes and secured his ladder, which showed his attention to safety. No issues with payment, just a handshake. I would recommend Artemio to anyone needing a small or large roofing project. He is also going to add some decking in the attic space for me. Great guy to work with.
