Umm, these guys suck. You should see the absolute garbage renovation job they did at a house I was going to rent. It was so bad, it had to be vacated immediately after move in. There were 43 issues I pointed out, 43! And these weren't just horrible painting and cosmetic failures (of which there were dozens) But no a.c. unit outside at all. None. Just wires hanging off the wall outside where the unit should be.No hot water downstairs, broken garbage disposal, leaking kitchen sink on the other side due to old deteriorated seals, no electricity in the kitchen, bathroom fixtures not glued in that just fall out when you turn the tub faucet on. Shelves attached only to drywall ( not to wood that can support the weight) that collapsed and detached from the wall. No garage door opener at all, the front door is old and rusted out at the bottom , with a gap of 1.5 inches.... (you could slide a pizza box under the door, when the door is closed) Broken baseboards, seized up valves on the washing machine lines ( the valves were like 40 years old and clearly not functional) And I could go on and on... I am surprised to see they have such good reviews considering the absolute clown job they did on this place.It was the worst renovation I've ever experienced BY FAR
