The level of service I received was truly exceptional, and I couldn't be more pleased with the prompt and professional assistance provided by Javier and his team.Upon noticing the leak, I contacted Top Roofing, and to my surprise, they scheduled an inspection the very next day. Javier arrived on time and conducted a thorough examination, starting with the attic and then moving up to the roof. He quickly identified two small saw cuts that were causing the leak, even on my relatively large roof.The efficiency of their service was remarkable. Without any delay, the team at Top Roofing promptly arranged for the necessary repairs. What impressed me even more was that they carried out the work the very next day, even when I wasn't at home. This level of reliability and trustworthiness is hard to come by in the service industry.Upon completion of the repairs, I received detailed photos (including few taken by a drone!!) showcasing the fixes made to the damaged area. He promptly stopped by to give me an honest estimate of the work, and scheduling his crew was straightforward. We were blessed with a dry day on the date of installation. He and his crew showed up on time. The materials arrived a few minutes thereafter, and they got to work. I was impressed by the professional manner in which the craftsmen applied themselves to the job; refraining from giddy behavior and exercising efficient logistics through the day. Javier and his team worked quickly to help us. They installed TPO, redid our balconies, repaired structural damage, replaced damaged doors, replaced gutters, repaired stucco, and so much more to address our issues and concerns.They are very responsive and professional, and we appreciated their honesty and willingness to do the job well and to do it right. We chose to work with Javier because of how thorough he was in explaining to us the scope of work and how they would fix our roof and other areas. He and his team were also thoughtful about the materials they used; for example, he replaced the damaged plywood on our roof with the type that blocks heat from coming into the house.Javier also worked with us on staying within a budget and contingency, which we greatly appreciated. I recently purchased a home and wanted to fix a few items that stood out from our home inspection. One of the items was related to the weather proofing on the vents that connect to our roof. We called Top Roofing and they came over the following day. Javier cheerfully spent 10min in my attic during a Houston summer with record high temperatures. After patiently explaining the connections in my attic and pictures on my roof, they confidently confirmed everything was up to code. There were no charges for the visit since no updates were required. I know I will call Top Roofing again for any future issues. I trust them to only charge me for necessary repairs.

100% recomended! they knocked our door and We don’t usually hire service from soliciting but we never have time to get someone in our roof.
