I highly recommend this roofing company for their quality of work, professionalism, and value. Here is my story of working with them.These guys are family owned and run a tight operation. Our roof sits on a ranch style house in Timbergrove. The roof was well past its useful life and was starting to actually rip off in places in the wind. A huge hole opened up in our roof 2 weeks before my first child was to be born!When they came out for the quote Billy and the owner Lara installed a temporary patch for free! They were both very knowledgeable about roofs and had a great pitch. The price was very reasonable so we went with them. Before coming out, they obtained all the city permits for us and were proactive about scheduling.On the day of install they wrapped the house with a tarp to catch and carry off all the old debris which was very nice. During the install they determined that the condition of our plank decking (a bunch of 1”x6”s) was not good enough to ensure a reliable leak proof base for the roof. Rather than push forward anyway they consulted me and determined that placing a new plywood deck on top of my existing planks for no additional charge was the best course of action (the plywood was substituted in for a thicker mat which was no longer needed). During the install they brought out a small army of men to get the job done in one day. The project manager Angel was outgoing and present the ensure instal. He spoke English which made communication easy and efficient. They replaced all our vents, exhausts, and repaired some significant damage to our eaves.After the install they walked the house with me and did a great job of picking up all the nails which I highly appreciate with a dog and new child. They also sent documentation of the install to my insurance to get me a better price on my homeowners policy.Great company! See my attached pictures for some additional detail.

TrueWorks Roofing replaced our roof recently. The whole team did a wonderful job. Laura (the owner) provided us with a competitive quote and was available to answer any queries we had. Post completion, Sarah aided in providing all the documentation. The clean up after job completion was impressive. The whole team is polite and courteous in their demeanor. It was a true pleasure working with everyone from TrueWorks, from the initial meeting to the final inspection. Every aspect was handled with friendliness and professionalism. At the end of installation, you would never have known there were 20 workers on site. No flower was trampled and not a shred of roofing supplies remained on the lawn. Their concern for both function and aesthetics is obvious. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed by TrueWorks Roofing’s unprofessional conduct. As a sales rep, I respect industry etiquette and never approach homes with other companies' signs. Despite having the homeowner’s explicit permission to place our sign, TrueWorks accused us of stealing theirs and replacing it with our own. This baseless claim was not only false but damaging to our reputation.It’s disheartening to face such accusations when we strive to maintain integrity and respect within our industry.

I would give 6 stars if i could. From start to finish this company was knowledgeable, honest, and professional. From Melissa Erwin who was patient and never gave up on us (but never pushy), to our foreman Angel who arrived early to start and finish the job in one day and kept us updated on the progress, to Sarah in the office who explained every line of the insurance estimate. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges, they quoted a price and honored it.Highly recommend TrueWorks roofing.

So so impressed by them. We had 6 companies come out to give us estimates to replace our roof and they impressed me the most. They were not the cheapest but my gut feeling was that they would do the job best so I went with them. I don’t know much about roofing but I feel they went above and beyond what the other estimates we got would have done. For example, we had several places of siding rotting near the roofline and they replaced and painted them , which I was super impressed by. They even painted a piece of siding that had darkened bc a downspout had previously been there even though it was not within what they had to do (Just a “we already have a paint can so why not just touch up a few areas for the homeowner since it’s hard for them to reach”) We got picture updates constantly and the project manager was super easy to communicate with. All the workers were courteous and they cleaned up really well. My husband met the owner Joel and my husband said he was his kinda people. They do gutters and siding too and will absolutely use them again. From start to finish it was really a smooth process and they could have not been more wonderful.

A great experience from beginning to end of the process getting my roof replaced. Laura's initial inspection visit (one of the owners) was phenomenal - she was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. The condition report and proposal was given with absolutely no pressure or deposit needed. The schedule needed to shift a few times due to other work on the house - no hassle at all from TrueWorks, they accommodated every time! On install day, Angel and his crew started early (before sunrise) and worked all day. By the end of the job, everything was cleaned up and a thorough walk-through conducted to ensure we were happy with the results. TrueWorks handled all the permits and even sent a package on completion to my insurance company for a rate adjustment - truly a full-service company that I can recommend without reservation.

The staff were very professional from beginning to end of the project. They responded to your queries in a timely matter. Francisco did the inspection and estimate and he gave us time to make the decision. They were on time, Angel arrived first and went to set up the site right away. Great customer service. They used Malarkey shingles which was highly rated. I would recommend the company for repairs an and re-roofing.January 2024- They came and did an inspection after a year from installation. TrueWorks did an awesome job from start to finish. From the initial inspection and putting together the needed paperwork for insurance to inspection with the adjuster to removal and installation and finally the close out of the job. Truly one of the best contractor experiences in Texas (I can’t say this for most of my experiences with contractors in Texas).They did what they said they would do, showed up on time and ready, communicated as one should and clearly explained the steps. They also worked proactively to address any issues or concerns versus just trying to explain why they shouldn’t do something.I know I am a hard to please homeowner because I have done many different types of work in my past and I research everything… TrueWorks met my expectations!!!

My roof replacement was no easy job. Converting an old concrete tile roof to asphalt shingles. The tile roof had no decking underneath and had run its course. They basically started from scratch after pulling tiles off. These guys are good! Professional, punctual, and personal. Laura, Joel, Angel, Lupe and his crew addressed all my concerns and walked the “extra mile” in many cases to please and complete project. I was impressed with office staff as well. TrueWorks is very professional and did a fantastic job installing my new roof (Malarkey Shingles and Z Ridge). They were the only roofing company to actually go in my attic before quoting the job. They noticed vents on my roof that were not attached to anything in the attic. They did a very thorough job inspecting, quoting, and replacing the roof. I loved the constant stream of pictures while they were replacing my roof. I could see where wood was rotted and they replaced it. I wish all of my contractors were as professional and communicated with me as well as TrueWorks roofing.Update: 3/11/24 Their free roof check service reviews my roof once a year to ensure there are no issues. Laura was extremely responsive to all our questions, provided references, site locations, and product selection for our home. We had evaluated 4 different roofing companies and TrueWorks was the best option for us. Laura (TrueWorks) provided the most comprehensive and organized plan with the best product selection, options and warranty we evaluated. Very professional!On the day of the roof replacement, Laura and her install team, lead by Angel, (all clad in TrueWorks colors) arrived on time, with a full 22 person TrueWorks crew(not a sub contractor) to begin the job.The team was very efficient, protected the house and flower beds with a complete house wrap and pool cover to control debris removal and dropped nails. The entire process was completed the same day, a full day, with old roof removal, new underpayment, ridge vent system, pipe vent bullet boots and beautiful new class 3 shingles.The TrueWorks team provided a very professional job, cleaned as they went with Laura and the team canvassing the entire yard at the end to magnet sweep for stray nails.I would recommend the TrueWorks team without hesitation.
