Hi Jose. I am feeling sick about your leak repairs. Sick I did not do the repairs years ago!!!! My pool level hardly drops at all!Thank you so much for a great job! I had no idea how bad the leaks were. We had just totally adjusted to it and were afraid we couldn't afford to make repairs. We were so wrong. We have wasted a ton of time and money on needless water bills. Also all the effort to constantly adjust valves to keep the pool level up as much as possible, constantly filling the pool with water. So regretting we didn't do this sooner. Also the main man who was in charge of repairing the leaks made some minor adjustments to our pool water outlets. It has made a tremendous difference in the direction & flow of the water. Those small adjustments he made causes the debris in the pool to end up in only 2 locations in the pool. Thank you Z&Z Pools for our absolutely stunning pool and deck renovation! I simply cannot say enough great things about our experience with your Company. The entire process was easy and without a flaw. I was amazed at how responsive and available the owner Jose and his superintendent Lee were throughout the project. I was given timely updates and never any surprises. The pool plaster and tile work is beautiful. Our deck was ugly and faded but, Mr. Z and the crew brought it back to its original beauty. We used Z&Z to renovate our 20 year old pool. They resurfaced the plaster and replaced coping and tile. We were extremely pleased with our final results! Everyone was professional, and we have gotten so many compliments on our pool! We got many quotes before going with them, and their pricing was competitive. We worked specifically with Chris Pyle who was knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive. I had a million questions throughout the entire process, and he was quick to respond to all of them. We chose Z&Z Pools for a much needed pool re-plastering and deck re-finishing project. Our first contact was with the salesperson Drew. He was very knowledgeable about the process and we connected immediately which made the choice to go with him a very easy one.As with any home project, there were a couple of issues but Drew and the owner Jose made it their priority to get this project completed in a timely manner and done right.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get this type of work done at a fair price with excellent customer service. When you look at the before and after pictures, you can imagine our level of satisfaction.

Our automatic fire trenches stopped working, we had them installed 4 years ago and had issues from day 1. Jose came over to have a look and suggested we convert them so they light manually. Within a week of Jose coming out they were fixed, and they work even better now than they ever did. Vanessa, their Chief Administrative Officer, communicated with me throughout the whole process whether it be via email, text or telephone, and was always available any time of the day. After the fire trenches were fixed, Lee their General Manager sent me pictures of the work and thanked me for choosing Z&Z and told me to contact them if I have any questions or concerns. Vanessa also followed up with me, followed by Jose. Z&Z pools went above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them. I will not hesitate to call them in the future if I have another project that they can do.

Their employees showed up on time every day. Their craftsmen were courteous, answered all of our questions, completed the work on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. The yard and pool areas were left exactly as they looked prior to work each day.The startup was comprehensive and effective. The work was completed seamlessly and on-time. Their management is competent, courteous, and could not have been more accommodating throughout the entire process and were onsite almost every day to monitor the work.Our overall experience was excellent and I would recommend Z&Z Pools and Plaster to anyone without hesitation.
