I contacted M Roofing for a roof inspection and Michael came out within a day. He confirmed my suspicions and helped me get the claim filed with my insurance. Within a few days the insurance inspector came by and the insurance approved the claim. We had a brand new roof within less than two weeks from start to finish (roof installation was done in one day). We are just starting the “getting estimates” stage. Mroofing was my first interview. Have been thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Can’t imaging any other company doing this well on the front end.Ended up going with MRoofing and job was completed in one day. A supervisor for the work showed up day before to share what the project flow would look like. Everyone showed up on time and got after it. Supervisor Chris was available for questions throughout the day. He did wait for me to ask a question; if I came out, he came to me just to be sure my needs for information were met. Very impressive. Reached out to this place at least 5 times to try to get the roof warranty transfer after we bought our house and they never would send it or update it to our information. I don't know why and now we're already passed the transfer time frame for it. 100% poor follow through from this place, would not recommend.Update to your response: We purchased our home in October 2020. My husband Konrad reached out multiple times..There is no point to email you now, the transfer had to happen within a year after purchase in order for the warranty to be valid, so doesn't matter anymore.

His pricing was significantly less that 2 other quotes I received with comparable shingle quality and warranty. The Team working on the roof was very friendly, respectful and cleaned up daily.
