For the last 3 years I have used Rainbow International to clean the carpet in my house. It's a small house and have always been charged the minimum for the services. This past Monday, June 27th, I called requesting that the carpets be cleaned again. The young lady that answered the phone told me that she would have the scheduler call me to set up a time. I guess Rainbow International has gotten so large, they do not need my business. I have yet to receive a call to schedule a time for them to come out and clean my carpets. I guess it's time for me to find someone, that wants my business. It is for this reason, they are receiving a well-deserved one star rating. If it was possible, I would rate them even lower on the scale.

We highly recommend this company. Great service at a great price......We had a mold issue in our lake house basement. The guys came out and put their air scrubber and another machine that neutralizes the air smell. I have to say after 2 1/2 days of the machines running I could not smell a thing. It worked like a charm and now looking forward to renovating the space. We will definitely use them in the future.

We saw their ad in the Postcards Magazine and gave them a call. Emily and her assistant were beyond professional, empathetic, understanding, knowledgeable, and polite. They explained everything to us so that we would completely understand what had happened and put our minds at ease. I pray we never need them again yet should we need their services, their number is saved in my phone for a reason and will be my first phone call. I've used Rainbow for many years. Not only are they professional but they are experts. They clean spots I would never have the patience to clean. They have the tools and machines to deep clean, extract water, and dry the room. When we had water damage in a bathroom, they were meticulous in cleaning it up quickly.
