DOES NOT DELIVER WHAT YOU ORDER.Paid Cantex out to install a window in April 2023. When they showed up to install, the window didn't fit because they ordered/cut the wrong size. Since they had already removed my old window, they put a temporary window up and did a very poor job on installation. I was told they would come back when the new, correctly sized window was ready.5 months later (September 2023), I had to call them to check up on the status of the window. They scheduled a new install date, however the day of, I was told they had to reschedule again the following week. On the day of the new rescheduled date, I was once again told they had to reschedule.At this point, I told them I was done waiting for my window and would like a refund. I was told I would receive a check within a week, however the check never arrived. I have contacted the company and customer rep multiple times with no response.

CanTex surpassed my high expectations for my new roof. Any anxieties that I had in selecting a roofing company were quickly removed once I hired them. All I had to do is select the shingles from the selection that was brought to my house. The rest was handled by the very capable team, which included communications with my insurance company. MAY 11TH,2023We had decided it was time to put a metal Roof on property we purchased in December 2021 to met our need on know we had a quality Roof on home.I contact Cantex to on a Friday Morningto get a bid for new roof, Mark Todd, called asking if he could swing by on a friday aftrrnoon at 4 p.m as he a full schedule the following week and didnt wish to keep us waiting for inspection.Mark was straight Forward, Professional, very Friendly and told us he would have a bid in writing by end of weekend. Mark not only kept his promise but submitted a bid that was almost $3200 less then one established well know roofer and was $300 cheaper then another whom Said Cantex is aVery Reputible Company that Stood behind their product.Today they arrived to install metal roof, And the 3 Roofers came to work. They are a well oiled team all knowing there jobs. They work very professionally, where concerned for our dog's paws picking up nails and screws cleaning as they went.All the Cantex Employees I have interacted with have as a customer have been welcoming, friendly, easy to communicate with, professional. The staff was amazing!! We had our roof replaced because of hail damage. They installed gutters, replaced our fence and replaced several windows. Every single person was professional and supported us every step of the way. They came early stayed late.. did what it took to get the job done. We are so pleased with every aspect of the job.We also decided to build an outdoor kitchen. Mitch is the person we worked with on this project and we are so impressed with his knowledge and his work ethic. He is a great person and so talented. Brock Carson was the project manager. From the first contact, Brock was so professional and courteous. He was great at explaining the entire process and each step. Brock called me each time anyone was headed our way. He scheduled the fence stain, window frame repair, as well as the roof. He was here from start to finish and made sure each step was carried out 100% satisfactorily. The entire process from start to finish was completed in one week. We have a beautiful new roof and highly recommend CanTex! Vic Valdez helped us through the whole process from start to finish, even helping with the insurance claim. He was thorough and went out of his way to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and even helped with things that we would have missed. He valued our time and was involved in the process right down to cleaning up after the roof was finished. He even picked up a random dog poo from our front yard, ha! I am very serious when I said he was thorough. Their work speaks for itself but what you don't see is how amazing they are with the details.
