This company made getting a new roof a great experience. Jonathan Haigwood was very informative and patient with us and all our questions. The workers were very respectful and professional. They did everything we wanted and were very diligent too. We will definitely be using them again for any future repairs or construction.

Scott was absolutely great. This was our very first time ever making an insurance claim, or having a roof redone. Scott and the team at Kidd Roofing were awesome, our house is over 5,000 sqft of roof, and the team did that and our barn in 2 days. They cleaned up, like it had always been that way. I can' recommend them enough they didn't harass us about payment, knowing it was being processed by insurance and the mortgage company. They even helped us with re-estimation for the additional work that needed to be done. All in all a great situation and experience. We will definitely use them again when it comes times for the new metal roof.

Had an open case with GAF using Kidd Roofing since Sept 2023. They pulled one of two shingles necessary for warranty assessment, however they still haven't come back out to pull the other shingle so they can be forwarded to GAF. After multiple phone calls and emails reminding them, they are now ducking the calls. Have to restart the warranty process since the time is about to expire! I recommend to look for another GAF Master Elite roofer!
