I first had my windows redone in 2018 and it changed the whole look of the house and actually reduced my electricity bill. In 2024, I just so happened to receive a call while on break at work from power, they said they wanted to check up and see if they have any other offers I may be interested in, I said "maybe siding". They came out and gave me a repeat customer discount and a quote that was good for a year. No need, I scheduled that day and now my house is with new siding and new door. Almost wish they offered more products 🤷

I absolutely love my door and windows that power has installed. Took me a couple years to get all my windows done because of financing. Power has been sooo easy to work with. They’ve been so nice and friendly and informative. Just wish. Could have afforded to get it all done at once. They are great people with great product. They also did my eaves and facia and added rain gutters. They did fantastic work. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT allow these people in your home. We hired them for radiant barrier, additional insulation, gutters, and windows throughout the home. They did everything except the windows right. They did over 20k worth of damage to the inside AND outside of our house. When they insisted we had to sign additional documentation BEFORE they'd return to fix the damage THEY PRODUCED!!! THEY LIED....PLAIN AND SIMPLE! Not one of the windows open/shut as they should. THEY damaged every screen and were to "return to replace" and they still have not. Every time we've talked to someone they insist they have a "warranty department" that apparently doesn't exist. As we've still yet to hear from anyone.CROOKSLIARSDECEITFULDESPICABLETRASHHEAD THE WARNING......FIND SOMEONE ELSE

The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful! We did not meet a person from Power that wasn't incredibly kind! Very professional while still being personal & understanding to our needs, price point, etc. We never felt pressured to spend beyond our means and we also feel like we have a great plan for future projects. Power Home Remodeling gave us a five star experience from beginning to end. From the very first knock on the door to the salesman to the project manager to the installation crew, and finally to the quality assurance visit. Everyone was professional, kind, thorough, and not pushy. This was a great experience. Power Home Remodeling may not be the cheapest window installation service, but they provide unparalleled excellence. I hardly recommend this company.

We have used Power home remodeling for multiple projects and they have always done an excellent job. We just had them come on for the front door and we are happy with the work they have done.The house looks newer and the front room feels lighter! They are easy to work with but can be a bit high pressure so make sure you're clear with your expectations up front.Would do business with them again.

The window quality is top notch as they use Pella windows, however, Power remodeling sells their service as the “premier option” and will leave your house as clean as they found it; “100% satisfaction guaranteed”. This unfortunately hasn’t been my family’s experience. The windows seem to be well installed, but the install crew left trash everywhere, multiple nicks on the drywall, and messy caulk job. I had to go to each window to clean dirty handprints left behind, take a bucket to pickup all the trash outside, and scrape caulking off the ground. When asked about the holes in the drywall, the install team offered to “fill it in with caulk”. This is not the correct solution, but I am sure it’s the only option the install crew has.The crew itself was very attentive and very nice, I have no issues with them! The issues I face I believe is an issue with the company rushing the crews, not with the workers themselves.The other major issue is I still haven’t had a visit by the quality team after install which is meant to go over warranty options, and how to start payment. So as of now, I have no clue how to even pay them, nor how to do a warranty claim.The original sales pitch also left a bad taste in my mouth. While the gentlemen was VERY kind, it was almost over the top. I enjoyed talking with him, but mentioned many times that I was ready to sign and no need for further sales pitch. However, he continued. In all, the sales man was at my home over 4 hours, last 11pm. Great dedication, but over the top.Overall, the job of the windows themselves was well done, but the sales pitch might need to be revised as it over promised in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail.

I had 13 windows replaced in my home. From start to finish was about 6 hours. Good price, fantastic quality. Sales team was upfront about pricing and options. Lifetime Warranty with full coverage. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend them again 💯

Had a great experience all the way at around. Each team was courteous and professional. Everyone was on time and concerned about all aspects and f the work, from asking if it was ok to wear shoes to a great concern for my pets if the door was open. Every step of as well explained and I was given pictures of before and after work as well as access to all documents. Highly recommend!

We had ALL 26 windows done in our house and we’re very happy with them. They look great, open easily, and are quiet. Just installed yesterday so time will tell how much our energy efficiency will improve. The whole team was great to work with. I’m an engineer and very detail oriented and picky. Ben (the sales guy) was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Michael (the preinstall inspector) was great. My 3 kids really liked him too. Cesar and his installation crew were right on time and busted their tails all day in order to knock out this huge project in one day. The installation was top notch. They covered everything and cleaned up really well. Everyone was extremely courteous through the whole process. We couldn’t be happier.

Power Home came to my house initially as a sales call. I was already unimpressed with the windows that I had on my home that I just moved into. After a great sales presentation, I was comfortable with moving forward. The process was a breeze!! Staff was friendly and informative. Loved my experience!! My new windows look great!!

It was awesome since the sales team came to show us the windows, and introduced the Company, they were so professional and showed us all the features and designs of the windows they were selling, specially, that these windows repel the heat, we could even feel the difference between these windows and other brands and now that we have the windows installed, our home looks so beautiful, it feels more cozy and we are able to actually see our pool! All the areas have more light now, but our kitchen is the most incredible, and our room window, looks astonishing with a panoramic view of our neighborhood and our beautiful trees! The best thing, is these windows are energy efficient, so they will save us a lot of money in our electric bill! Thank you Power for our windows, we feel really happy, and beyond satisfied with the service and quality! 100% recommended!

Honestly, this company has been a pleasure to deal with. The first project was a good crew with hiccups but nothing negative on the job itself. Second crew has just improved their processes. They even thanked me for clearing their expected work area with enough space to comfortably work. Crew was fast and efficient, very respectful and clean. Quality inspector was also friendly and helpful. Top notch so far!

Power definitely has a top notch process from sales, planning, on site work, quality assurance and follow up. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is several windows were not cleaned and the inside caulk on a few windows didn't have clean lines. I fully expect that once I contact them, they will address.

Had windows and siding done by Power. Window install was 1 day, siding was 2 days. The window crew did some minor scrapes to our hardwood and one gutter was damaged, but the foreman and PM did everything they could to help make it right. We are supposed to be getting a call directly from Power regarding the replacement of the damaged gutter on Monday. You get what you pay for - this was not cheap, but windows and siding guaranteed for life and windows are beautiful Pella windows. I wish the sales crew would have explained that the door sidelights were not included due to Pella not manufacturing that size. It may have made a difference whether we went with Pella or Renewal by Anderson if there was an option for the sidelights.
